Once humanity focuses on the higher vibration and higher consciousness will be living in the higher frequency. I sometimes use a singing bowl to rise my vibrational energy and use essential oils for healing.

Light will reveal the truth very soon ''yes, the dark is losing its power over humanity this is wonderful but at the same time, humanity needs to be prepared because so much darkness had occurred on this planet. Many benevolent beings are here on earth and helping humanity behind the scenes. Reptilians are still not earth but there is less of them and all of their space programs will be ''gone''.yes, I do agree we must focus on the light and be always be optimistic. Humanity must stay healthy by eating fresh fruits and vegetables be careful not ear GMO foods
