  Interesting, I need to ponder upon this. I’m not so focused on past lives anymore and I feel relatively calm about GFL and starseed stories. I prefer to observe rather than to get carried away by it.
  
  My guess is that I don’t have a second Ray personality and mind. Otherwise I would radiate hearts 24/7 by now 🥰

  As you are not in the Count's ashram, he does not have the ability to provide you with hints, as to who you were in previous incarnations....The law of forgetfulness is something they must all be strict about, for psychological factors bleading into current lives.....An ashramic Master has such a responsibility for your safe development ...
  
  The Count does make a useful confirmation that you are within the ashram of Master KH....And that Master specialises in providing visual clues to his chelas, the many seekers of knowledge, that requires some degree of wisdom, as in puzzle solving, as well as a pure motive...As in a good heart that is open to all possibilities...And not one that demands a particular outcome...as some do.....So he seeks to observe genuine wisdom in his chelas, as well as a pure motive for gleaning knowledge...Thus, he sets tests, like puzzles, which check various factors, before rewarding seekers.
  
  So, telepathy is less Master KH's method and more the use of sychronicities, using visual symbolisms...The greater your ability to solve puzzles of wisdom, the better the results...And because they are difficult, they are truly worthwhile...😁
  
  So you ask your Master a question, which is as specific as possible and you will feel a strong twinge when you observe an approximation, as confirmation....Movella has the same ashramic Master and she has had many of these types of messages from KH...
  If I were you I would focus on one objective at a time....So, for example.....Your last incarnation, before your current, could be a start....Then later, expand upon it....
  Yes, you are a 2nd ray soul......If this resonates, let me know.....Sometimes wisdom is gleaned at glacial paces, though...One must have patience.....
  
  Because my 3rd ray is the adaptability ray I must use all the seven ray methods, including this one, on occasions....It is not my preferred method, as I like exactitudes....and deliveries.....BUT, it can be rewarding, as I note, from time to time...

  I didn’t see these comments last week. There was a time that I was obsessed with past lives and got lost in my imagination. I let go of that and try to keep an open mind and not to fill in the blanks too much.
  
  But I’m still curious in which time periods I lived and which areas.

  In lives that were lived in earlier epochs, before the 13th century cycle I have no specific memories, just slight flashes and the details surrounding my very first entry into the Earth chain evolution, during Atlantis, were described to me by the Sirians....I have asked them to speed up my memories, but they have to allow my gradual assimilation and associated traumas.....Lest they break the Law of Forgetfulness......The constraints of that law do weaken as one evolves, however and once an Ascended Master/Galactic Human, one is permitted FULL memories....

  A good question and I had already made a request to my ashramic Master, the Count, to explain why this is so....His answer was based upon a need for the awakening disciple, myself, to remember events beyond the conscious mind, in small tranches, or smaller morsels, that permit a relative balance in current psychology, in spite of the earlier life shocks...So apparently the process starts with the most traumatic lives, in steps and military conflicts are just that, followed by the peaceful aspects and other experiences.....
  
  All those lives were military lives, so far.....I have not felt the lives of women, as yet....And they all seem to be during and after the 17th century...The 3rd ray souls started to come in, during the 13th century, under the law of cycles...But so far nothing earlier.....I wanted to remember being a "Knight of the Round Table," or some other glamour.....hehe...!! But alas no....
  
  I'm not always a Colonel in an army, of course....In the case of the English Civil war I was a Major-General Thomas Harrison.....
  
  One thing that does amaze me though, was before I attained that rank I was a Colonel at the precise historical moment, when charged with the duty of escorting the captured "King," Charles Stuart, under military escort, to London, in 1649. The year he was beheaded....And the only time I actually spoke to Charles I, in person....;-) While in transit to London, aboard a coach...My career before joining the Parliamentary cause, was Law Attorney....
  
  I found Stuart to be highly cultured and charming, but also utterly ruthless with very little pity for the many who had died in the wars...The term "entitled" applied in those days, as today...
  I called Stuart, the "man of blood." And we all shed our blood, because of it...

  There are individual souls, within groups, within ashrams, that CHOOSE to incarnate in particular nations, in particular families, in particular circumstances....These are decided before the birth....Before the embryo forms in the womb...
  
  You may say, why that nation, or this nation, we are all the same...?? NOT SO....On spiritual levels we are ONE, but as we learn and experience, we require to refract that one white light, into it's septenary component tones and learn by traversing these seven rays: Individually, ashramically and within the nations themselves...(this ray structure is derived from the planetary 3rd ray and the solar 2nd ray...Linked to cosmos and the constellations beyond Solaris, such as Ursa Major...
  
  So ray energy is divided down to an individual's expression...Several steps are made to achieve a fuller experience, including the national rays, which may alternate, from life to life, yet often a family karma may propell a given individual to reincarnate within a given nation...As a collective, a nation becomes coloured by a given personality, impulsed by a particular soul...
  
  Currently my individual rays are thus: 3-7-4-6-7.......My nation's rays are 2-1.....
  
  Even though my individual rays are different to my nation's, it is remarkable how one does feel and resonate, with the nation one is born into...It is within several spheres, emotional, customs, habits, humour, political, cultural, sentiments, historical, mental, etc......You find that nations are indeed, living entities....Like people, with souls....
  
  Yet, one can also resonate with other nations, simultaneously and often for differing reasons...I therefore "get it." The way Germans think and feel....It is a more dilute feeling than my current national resonance, but still there....
  This is how we grow in awareness....Variety of experiences, over many lifetimes, in many nations, tribes, empires and communities...

  Because the cuisine of the Sakha Republic is full of the organ meats of a variety of elk, horses and other mammals, the people of that region will be able to benefit from a virtual carnivore diet, of fats and proteins....Much fish also...And all sold at frozen markets....They included fruits, such as berries, summer berries....The important nutritional note is that a people who cannot extract their vitamins from vegetables, can at least glean the equivalent vitamins and minerals from meats and fish and many eat it raw, so it will actually be more nutritious....
  Personally I don't like to eat organ meat, but it does contain multiple vitamins....Luckily I enjoy veg alternative sources......

  Elina samples the cuisine of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), which is the biggest and coldest republic in Russia. Note that because this place is so cold, the locals cannot grow fruit and veg, easily...So traditional food is meat, dairy and fish.....🇷🇺👏
  
  Anyone who is a militant vegan, living in some cosy western city, who thinks these people are "sinners" for eating what they do, needs a rapid lobotomy, to cure their insanity...
  
  And there are many people around the world, who eat meat and fish, and DO NOT offend God...whatever the veggie zealots may assume...

  🇵🇱 /🇺🇦 Poland has given plenty of humanitarian aid to Ukrainian refugees. So do Hungary and Romania. Of these three countries, Hungary prefers diplomacy and peace above arm deliveries to Ukraine and more sanctions for Russia. This annoys Ukraine, the EU and the Biden administration.
  
  🇵🇱/🇷🇴 If Poland and Romania would do the same as Hungary, the EU power block will weaken and the EU’s plan to control and exploit Central and Eastern Europe will fail.
