Hello guys,
When I meditate (and I do this with my legs streched) and I start going deeper into it and see a very bright white light, my legs start to hurt (I think it is cramp like) so bad that I have to interrupt the whole thing. Also my head aches and I feel like I have to vomit.
The whole body vibrates and feels like it is drifting away to somewere above. I dont have any control over this so I am asking for your help =) I don't think it is confortable at all and it gets very nauseous sometimes this is why I avoid to meditate.
Do you know what could help with this and why this keeps happening? Any tips on how to do this without pain?

That sounds amazing Minerva. I hope your discomfort passes soon. Was there any difficulty in the choice you made, or did you know right away what you wanted to do?
ah ok! its natural the body vibrates and *feels* like its drifting away,
but i suggest prehaps keeping crystals around you as you do this, and create a grid frame, that way you can contain some of that energy *back* (ie control it) at meditational point, as well as calling upon the angelical realm for assistance, when things appear *uncontrollable*
because the trance shouldnt totally disempower, but empower the human vessal :))
As for the leg it sounds as if the energy is so intense, it causes leg pain... you have to do a procedure that works for you and your body :) the tips i suggested above are healers,
however choose what answer resonates :)

Hello Minerva. What you need is Grounding and Centering meditation exercises. When you aren't grounded, there's an energy imbalance in your body and that's the reason why you feel your vibration is drifting away or head ache, leg ache etc. So, before going deep into meditation Ground yourself.

Please remember they are many Grounding Techniques that you will come across. Choose the method that is best applicable for you.
Also, you can ask the Divine forces of Light- The Archangels, Angels, Ascended Masters etc to keep you Grounded whilst meditating.
For Example, you can ask Archangel Michael for help, you can say out loud or in your mind, " Archangel Michael please keep me Grounded whilst I'm meditating."
From the description which you gave about how you feel whilst you meditate I think you are dealing with some high vibrations, so apart from grounding, you should even protect yourself from the negative forces that might try to disturb you.
For this again you can do some Visualization Techniques (a lot can be found on the internet) or you can ask the Divine Forces of Light for help. You can ask, for example:
"Archangel Michael please protect me with your mighty Blue Flame which gets rid off all the negative entities, negative forces, negative energy, whether seen or unseen. So be it and So it is." ((Please note, this is not a Grounding Technique, this is for your protection))
Also remember the Grounding Techniques might take some time to have its effect so you need to be a little bit patient.

Be careful with by these experiments. Pain that you feel, it's exit of the soul from the body completely, don't since astral travel here. This is dangerous! You can die.
