  i feel u. for me its not the sounds in my head, its the thoughts. my mind races like crazy with constant thoughts. its like I'm "downloading" my amnesia constantly. truly is hard to deal with and makes me question my existence in this body. we are all ready for change and its going to come :) try to keep calm and carry on.. i think thats a saying lol

  perhaps you may be experiencing a kind of pendulum effect from the energy you gave out yesterday. . that was alot of energy <3 reason I mention is because I experienced similar. . is fine though. . I remember how this energy stuff goes.

  That is why the Warrior of Light has the impression of living two lives at the same time. In one of them he is obliged to do everything that he does not want to do, fighting for ideas that he does not believe in. But there is another life, one that he discovers in his dreams, readings, and meeting people who think like he does.

  The warrior lets both lives draw close to one another.

    I know how you feel melody, i have gone through the barrage of noise you describe...

    its necessary to strengthen character, know its serving your highest good.

    When this happens try to meditate, play music

    drown out the noise; use visualisation, mantras, whatever makes you scream *happy* lol

    i used this for 30 years & remained sane in the busiest town ever... it works! <3

    btw i love paul coelho, good stuff Solarkid! lol
