A great deal of what 'evil' groups believe is stolen wisdom twisted by it's thieves. Like the Emerald Tablets of Thoth. These tablets contain Divine Wisdom meant to be read by those who've reached a pinnacle of enlightenment- enough to understand what's inscribed in the tablets. But certain secret societies(like the Free Masons) have taken this wisdom as their own and contorted it into ego-maniacal teachings. They hold this information hostage, and use it for control, power, greed, and lust. This is why these societies always fall--it is your destiny when Divine knowledge is abused.
What's so important to note: it's abusive Governments, Secret societies, politics and bureaucrats that fall...the people of their countries always survive, unless they are just as corrupt. This is what the prophecy is about. Whoever has not allowed themselves to be corrupted by the corrupt, will find heaven.

I have to disagree. None of the major societies are secret. Just ask for admittance and do the work, it's that easy.
Being A.'.A.'. and a masonic associate I've seen the difference between the understanding by the profane and the understanding by the initiate. 180* apart. The information has never been perverted, updated to fit the times... yes, though the rituals are designed to weed out and hide the path from the weak and closed minded. The truth of "enlightenment" stands as is. It is the free will of the adept to use this power for "positive or negative" outcomes. One can choose the white, black, or yellow brotherhood. None are wrong except to the judge, jury and executioner.

To be scientifically accurate with the "rock on" gesture, I suggest being in a crowd with awesome music playing. The Church of Satan/Satanists do not worship or even believe in Satan. They think anyone who believes in such things are insane.
So if members of the illuminati are also followers of the Church of Satan, they do not believe in Satan. In fact if they believe in existence in the afterlife at all, they are not of "Church of Satan" material. At least that's how I understand it. I haven't really dug into this religion.
Kids and teenagers use this hand signal to mean "rock and roll". It's harmless. Go to a rock concert or festival and it's everywhere.
What you should watch out for are gang signs. Those are more dangerous. Only because if you see people throwing around gang signs (real ones, not posers) then that means nearby there is potential criminal activity and you might get shot in the line of fire. I mean that's an extreme scenario, but I'm just trying to express that gang signs have the potential to hurt you more than "rock on" or "I love you" hand signs.
Plus.. even if it was "the horned devil" hand signal.. bulls are horned... does that make them evil? Taurus has horns... does that make that zodiac sign evil? Rams have horns... I could go on.
This is an interesting thread, thank you everyone for your perspective. I don't doubt that there is a dark lodge that manipulates the greedy and corrupt... but I wonder why they allow themselves to be photographed going back years giving such gestures openly, isn't their image important to them? They know about these kinds of blogs and articles, they know that WE KNOW what the sign means... so then... what is the purpose?
