I have noticed a dangerous trend lately.

This trend, which is started due to a plethora of information is this: I have the information I have and therefore I am right.

This trend then leads to a syndrome: My information is more correct than another's information, so, therefore I must go out of my way to discredit that other.

This syndrome ignores this maxim: my experience(s) is(are) not the other's experience(s). Another way of stating that is: my truth is not necessarily another's truth.

Is this trend a "bad thing?" Well, as there is no such thing as "good" nor "bad," then no, it is not.

Well, then, what is it?

It is a chance to examine ourselves to learn to rise above the petty need for the Ego to be RIGHT in all things.

A difficult thing to recognize and put in to practice - part of duality, and probably one of the last hurdles we all must clear on our way to Ascension. I work on this for myself quite often - and it isn't easy at all.

As I am no eloquent speaker or writer, tending to be straight to the point whenever possible, I'm going to bluntly state that: Folks, there is NO NEED to actively seek to point out, point fingers at, pick on, or otherwise denigrate any other of US for beliefs he/she may have come to hear, accept, or finally believe. Our paths are not everyone's path.

So, put out your information, share your opinion - that is how we all learn, but, find it in YOUR HEART to NOT play the "blame game."

Time gives proof to all words. Two passages concerning a certain topic, one being wholly wrong, the other wholly correct, will find support in the passage of time as the correct material manifests - belief or not. There is NO NEED to make a point of making a point that the other passage is incorrect.

Take the Higher Road. In other words, write in such a way that the reader is left to draw conclusions in the conflicting information - let the reader decide. If you have clarification to add to a topic do so, but please don't do it at the "expense" of another.

Infighting is the surest way to ensure we will NOT Ascend, nor become our own "Masters."

The Dark must be having a field day with this...

Remember the scene in The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring in Rivendell when the decision is being made concerning who will take the ring to Mordor and how Sauron's Ring worked to create discord? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AjQR8oa58IU&NR=1 is the beginning of that scene)

Well, it is now being lived out in plays like what I've been witnessing....

Are we still Children, that we yet cannot have the necessary Mastery over ourselves to avoid useless belligerence that leads to the belittling of others?

I have had quite the battles with my ego as well Reikara,

Accept it for what it is, Love it and learn from it,

I saw how I can hurt others with it, and i'm a strong headed Aries lol

I guess that's part of the narrow passage we all have to go through (=

  Krissy, love, compassion, understanding and acceptance is still very much present in this site. Do not be clouded by the occasional bickerings that happen here. Misunderstandings happen naturally and in their own time, it will all be sorted out. Majority in here are mature and responsible enough to know the right thing to do.
