  And look, here's the deal. They made it clear, right away, in the Benghazi hearings, that President Obama wasn't responsible for it. Nobody pointed the finger at him, even his opposition on the far right, who've done everything they could against Obama over the past 4 years, even they didn't blame him. Because no reasonable person would say he's responsible, he's no more responsible than Ronald Reagan was responsible when some guy blew up a truck at the US embassy in Beirut and killed 17 Americans.

  You didn't see lawsuits against Reagan for it, you didn't see impeachment proceedings being brought up....nor did you see that when Kennedy launched the Bay of Pigs invasion, against Cuba, without congressional approval....which was a much bigger operation and a bigger act of war than bombing strategic Libyan targets to help rebels. So all this talk about impeaching Obama for these things, historically doesn't make sense, and obviously it's based on a dislike of Obama himself, rather than what he actually does.

  please people wake up.
  
  watch the actions and not the words of promise, and see the intent.
  history should be our knowlegde to see with the present.
  
  we are not children,nor mindless savages who are docile to the every end.
  
  for it is hard to wrap our head around something so vile, that is must not be true for most of humans would not do this or cross that line, for that will scare the sh#t out of all of us, in that history is being repeated as a formula used for thousand of years by the tyrants who believe we are all mindlless docile slaves for their bidding, like a horse, mule, ox you know the beast of burden to be whip, conned, until we are old and useless eaters that should be taken out and shot to stop us from eaten their food supply,.

  Oh no .. not another thread about this .. charges are one thing (I'd know, i've been the recipient of several), convicting sentences are something else ... Get real people. When obama is officially charged you'll know about it publicly, and when he's convicted you'll NOTICE it since .. welll .. what usually happens to a nation when they loose their president suddenly?

  And how about this...there's been dozens of lawsuits filed against Obama, by people claiming he's not a US citizen. Every case was thrown out, almost all of the judges saying it was a waste of the courts time. One guy named Berg even tried to bypass Appeals and go right to the Supreme Court, and they wouldn't even hear the case. And that charge probably had more merit than these trumped up charges, about Obama's responsibility for Benghazi, or saying how he failed to get a declaration of war against Libya even though it was a NATO offensive that barely used American forces. They're weak charges...they didn't even impeach Bush for starting the Iraq war...you really think they'll impeach Obama, over this? It's not going anywhere, so don't waste your time on it.

    So fuckin'what? Everybody knows he's hawaiian already anyway so .. Charges against his heritage would make no difference at all there (other than pointing out USA as the most bigotry country in the world with the worlds most refined hypocricy).

      The point was, there was probably a better case for that....because alot of it was shrouded in mystery. For this, there is no case....he wasn't responsible for Benghazi....you don't need a declaration of war for a relatively small NATO operation that didn't even use ground troops. There's no way any real judge would convict...and if they did, it'd get thrown out as it goes to higher courts.

  The gangster racket will have to end eventually.......Question is, how long are the dark going to keep up the charade, using their frontman enforcer, Obama...?? Federal Court appeals may be placed, but it will only slow the inevitable day when Obama must face the music...

  There's 208 federal courts in the US, and only one took up the case. It's not going anywhere, and don't expect it to go anywhere, it won't even make it to the Supreme Court, it'll be thrown out in the Appeals Courts, because the charges are weak....very weak. Saying it's Obama's fault for Benghazi, it's not even Obama's fault, the White House didn't even know about the situation until after the fact....it's not the White Houses responsibility to provide security protection for foreign diplomats, it's the State Department.....there were failures there, and ultimately that falls on their shoulders. The White House can't and doesn't micro-manage every federal agency. It's such a weak charge, no real judge would vote to indict....and it definitely won't make it to the Supreme Court, so don't expect any impeachment any time soon.
