this video says it all, it doesnt include anything fancy like listening to any brain entrainment or performing complicated energy technique meditations, just a very simple basic anyone can do it technique, i did i the first time and my usualy murky telepathy was noticably clearer and focused on what i was hearing in telepathy, havent tryed much else, only second day after first trying this technique, but in my experience from doing it a few times, its more like "oh there are my abilities, no i'll pick them up and use them when i need them" kindof thing, felt very instinctual off the bat, thats all i can say, so feel free to watch the video, its not mine, just some guy i found youtube showing and explaining the technique, but yeah, go watch it, if its in your intrests, you'll be glad you did :]
