This goes out to all the people who’ve survived or are surviving violation by one or more of the many forms of violence, cruelty and abuse.
You know who you are, though many people around you won’t. Often the survivors of mistreatment keep the secret to themselves, feeling the pain and shame burning hot as hell inside them forever alone.
Now could be the time to extinguish these fires. Now could be the time to shine, to stand in your power and strength undamaged, to reclaim the inner sense of your innocence returned.
Don’t keep the perpetrators secrets and lies.
Perhaps the largest cruelty in violence and violation is the holding of shame by the victim. Victims silence is very common and it means they continue to hold the hurt in their hearts for what happened.
A problem shared is a problem halved so tell at least one person. Better still tell as many people as you can. Love really exists. There are many who will readily help and care. You will have our respect and approval to contradict the cruelty.
Be aware that sadly some people, regardless of their age, are immature. They may not know how to react appropriately. Be unconcerned if and as this occurs. Keep walking forward towards the many who are worthy of your confidence.
Letting the darkness out from the inside of your heart is an act of great courage. As you do so you’ll feel a great weight lift. You’ll feel as though you can finally breathe clean air again.
You will also feel the range of emotions previously trapped inside you leave in horrid hot rush of anxiety sadness and exhaustion. Remember as this happens that pain is better out than in. Feeling pain leaving is a good sign.
When you stand in shameless strength, staring the crime and it’s perpetrator in the eye, you become larger than the pain and trauma. In fact and effect you become stronger than you would ever have been had the crimes never occurred.
Reclaim your power to heal yourself. In healing yourself you help us all. As your power returns you become a leader. You are our hero.
MY BELOVED WROTE A LIST OF THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHE EXPERIENCED BY HER E FOR 17 YEARS PLUS. SENT IT TO ALL THE PEOPLE SHE AND HE KNEW ON FACE BOOK. TOLD THEM THIS WAS WHAT SHE HAD HIDDEN ALL THESE YEARS..SCARY FOR HER BUT HER PHYSICAL PAIN IN HER ARM /CHEST/ HEAD DISAAPEARED ALMOST INSTANTLY...SHE FELT LIGHTER .. MANY PEOPLE CAME TO HER IN LOVE...WE BOTH CRIED HAPPY TEARS. I DONT HAVE AS MUCH ANGER IN ME EITHER !... SHE FELT VERY VEY TIRED ALL OF A SUDDEN...

i have two ideas about that ..not sure which one, if either, applies( to me/you others )
1. a breif story i met a woman who had survived a long horrible time . she was really lovely calm and wise. she said " i wasnt always this way" , " not so long ago i was a tough angry person".. " then i started crying...and it felt like would never stop, it went on for years !...and then it stopped..i just didnt have any tears left in me " ...i know professionally/theory and observed practise in others and myself that when youre in discharge of emotions it feels endless...and then it stops quite suddenly...like the bottle is empty.
2 the jc phenomenom...( my name for it).. sensitive souls of a certain strain of star seed are here to absorb responsabley the pain that surround you/us...the pain felt is actually the pain that you gather up around you from those less aware/ less sensitive to feel it for them it is thus a philanthropic gift... ( he died for our sins).. the trick if this rings for you is to detach your own stroy from it and open your heart to love of all souls and very much to love and humbly respect,,, even admire... the soul that you are...
past life therapy works well too ...lol...but you got to get a good helper and that is rare

I never experienc3d any abuse as a child. the home and family I grew up loved me unconditionally without any borders which I caried with me for many yrs however as an adult I had experienced mental and physical abused from my ex wife. It took me a while to recover from it but I believe that certain energies had stuck with me ever since that. There are ways to heal that.

The very notion "get away with" implies that you don't believe in re-incarnation and the learning process out of experiences from those lives.
It DOES imply that you subscribe to the revenge-philosophy tho, but since that is based on internal emotions and internal emotions alone, it's not a valid argument to use when promoting problem-solving solutions for humanity as a whole.
Todays judical systems aren't focused on problem-solving, they're focused in revenge. And, if someone use those systems, they'll only propel the revenge-philosophy.
But, what most people don't realize is that the revenge-policy only works if you annihilate the opposite side and use their demise as an example so that others won't do the same mistake as they did.
As far as I know, very few judical systems got what it takes to actually make their philosophy successful and permanent in the minds of the people. ;)
A solution that does not solve a problem permanently, is not a solution at all.

fyi...i do experience/remember many lives ...but so what if i didnt!?
revenge doesnt seem to work well in my books .......although it is a common 3d imperitive
i do add that even "annnihalating the opposition" as you suggest might not work well since its the second wrong that inflames and escalates
we agree re law/judiciary..no win for no one there
as for a problem not solved permanently is not a solution.....ummmmm..... yes....but....if you put grease on the sqeeky wheels they go a little further...once greased they may even get you to the garage /home/destination so you can fix it properly there
i thought the idea is clear...dont hold hurt inside...give it back to the agency that gave it to you in the first place.
i have personally found that this action really helps the " once was a victim" get back their personal power and then they can learn to weild the power well
