  The true importance of the UK--US special relationship (and beyond,) cannot be underestimated......And there may come a time when the UK will have to closely adopt American methods and policies, even including our own written constitution, based upon the US, as originally, the US constitution was based upon England's "Glorious Revolution" and 1690 bill of rights..
  Great speech by Trump at the state banquet...🇬🇧🇺🇸 All this is much more than just politics..It's a rediscovery of national histories, Anglospheric culture and the rays of our two nations.....(The 2nd ray soul being the same.)
  And I like what Trump said in praise of the British Empire and those multiple and benign legacies, lavished upon the world..

  It's an interesting mind virus to study, when we observe the way British wokesters, leftists,"European" lefties and globalists, make irrational allowance for the flags of all nations and causes, except ENGLAND.....They might even claim (dubiously) that they accept the flag of the UK, the Union Flag, or the national flag of Palestine, EU, US, Canada, France and LGBTQ+....HOWEVER, if anyone dares to fly the cross of St George, the woke and fellow travellers, go nuts....
  
  It's the only flag in the world that really triggers the British left....and I understand that the French fear that flag more, as it was present in the times of English domination of France, under Plantagenet kings....12th to 15th centuries..
  
  But as for the rejection of the flag of England, my response to the left is that we should all double down and fly more English flags.....Maybe it's the cross of St George itself, that causes their vampiric response...?? They break out in a cold sweat...and moan about "nationalism."
