  Absolutely correct, as Movella has stated here.....We thank Vashtar for this data about the developing chakras...I had an adjustment on a "galactic" chakra (there are two, male and female,) and woke up with symptoms of the room spinning like a top...I had not drank alcohol at all...I was told that the Arcturian adjustments to the chakra, do cause dizziness and can only be conducted at night, while I'm asleep, as in the day would be impractical for my safety..Especially if driving a car...
  Normally i don't notice it, unless I wake at night and that happened last night, first time I noticed that mod in process...as it was being conducted.....Weird but necessary...ASCENSION SYMPTOMS....
  However....
  Not a sign of any dizziness the next morning and today....M'Supa informed Vashtar and he informed us..
  Gratitude to our GFL star teams....The more we are adjusted, the more psychic we become..Apparently they recalibrate certain new chakras, as they grow in strength and in resonance with the incoming energies...

  We are delighted to have been contacted by Vashtar today..💫 He wanted to let us know about ascension symptoms, as many people have been experiencing dizziness and pain in different chakras (depending on the individual).. This is because the 13 chakra systems are developing in preparation for ascension which can be a little uncomfortable, and adjustments to our chakras are being made by our Arcturian Medical Teams to allow the energies to function in perfect harmony..
  Vash said with compassion, that apparently in one of my past lives I was quite a cruel Queen in Ancient Egypt who was captured, tortured and then murdered, which was very traumatic.. As my developing thymus chakra is connected to past life memories, I have recently been experiencing some palpitations and waves of unexplainable anxiety in this area.. To add to this, Lord Surean healing energy is also held in my thymus chakra, which is adding to the sensations.. Vashtar said that this is a blessing, as I do not have any physical or health issues, it is spiritual and is due to my traumatic past life memory being processed, a natural phase as we are upgrading to a 13 chakra system in preparation for ascension, which many others may also be experiencing and should not fear..
  As we connect closer to the higher dimensions these frequency shifts become a lot more noticeable, but will ease off when the adjustments are completed. I thought that I would share this communication as it could be helpful to others.. We send our love and gratitude to Vashtar and the crew.. 🫡
