  We are delighted to have been contacted by Vashtar today..💫 He wanted to let us know about ascension symptoms, as many people have been experiencing dizziness and pain in different chakras (depending on the individual).. This is because the 13 chakra systems are developing in preparation for ascension which can be a little uncomfortable, and adjustments to our chakras are being made by our Arcturian Medical Teams to allow the energies to function in perfect harmony..
  Vash said with compassion, that apparently in one of my past lives I was quite a cruel Queen in Ancient Egypt who was captured, tortured and then murdered, which was very traumatic.. As my developing thymus chakra is connected to past life memories, I have recently been experiencing some palpitations and waves of unexplainable anxiety in this area.. To add to this, Lord Surean healing energy is also held in my thymus chakra, which is adding to the sensations.. Vashtar said that this is a blessing, as I do not have any physical or health issues, it is spiritual and is due to my traumatic past life memory being processed, a natural phase as we are upgrading to a 13 chakra system in preparation for ascension, which many others may also be experiencing and should not fear..
  As we connect closer to the higher dimensions these frequency shifts become a lot more noticeable, but will ease off when the adjustments are completed. I thought that I would share this communication as it could be helpful to others.. We send our love and gratitude to Vashtar and the crew.. 🫡

  Yes, we are honest and compassionate people....Speak out when needed...Working for the patriotic plan and divine PLAN, offline and online...I invite all those silent members to speak up...Take part.....Be counted....
  And anyone who seeks to be in GFL Ground Crew needs self confidence and courage....as a starter..

  It's important that people express themselves freely, without fear of the state, or anyone, who seeks to censor, limit and curtail opinions and thoughts.....When the Reform party get elected in the UK, they will repeal all the Tony Blair legacy laws that have been used against free speech...and also, those international treaties, which prevent a sovereign nation and people...
  
  Incidentally, we three (AE, myself & Movella) are not fearful....We regularly speak up...we are not afraid of evil.....That is a good thing....Many self censor and thus, sabotage their own spiritual growth and expression, in potential service to others..Some limit words, in caution, without opening up to all...when previously a sentence was longer and more descriptive...with a bounce of fun....Fun and laughter...
  I've noticed a change here on AC, for the past few weeks....🤔...
  
  Unless, of course, they are now replaced with cloned bots, or some such...🤣and have no feelings about topics, nor ideas about much, any more...??🤭
