I really like this guy he is so clear in his expression, I'm so pleased he has bought out the subject of eating and how consuming certain foods keeps the physical body in a lower vibration while mentally and spiritually we are trying to reach and live a higher frequency - the two don't gel - food for thought (excuse the pun) - a wonderful inspiration - thank you for sharing drago (-: much love
