UNLOCKED TREASURE-Powerful Krishna Mantra

1. Krishna Beeja (Seed) Mantra

Om Kleem Krishnaya Namah

  • Om – The universal primordial sound.
  • Kleem – A sacred seed syllable associated with divine love, attraction, compassion, and harmony.
  • Krishnaya – "To Lord Krishna."
  • Namah – "I bow" or "I offer my respect."

Meaning:
"I bow before Lord Krishna, invoking His divine love, grace, and blessings."

This mantra is traditionally chanted to cultivate love, joy, devotion, and inner contentment.

2. Om Sri Krishna Sharanam Mamah

Om Sri Krishna Sharanam Mamah

Word by word:

  • Om – Divine universal vibration.
  • Sri – Holy, auspicious, glorious.
  • Krishna – Lord Krishna.
  • Sharanam – Refuge, protection, shelter.
  • Mamah – Mine.

Meaning:
"Lord Krishna is my refuge."

This is a mantra of complete surrender. Rather than asking for material things, the devotee places their trust in Krishna's protection and guidance.

3. Shri Krishna Ashtakam

The Krishna Ashtakam is an eight-verse hymn praising Krishna's beauty, compassion, wisdom, and divine nature.

Each verse highlights qualities such as:

  • His peacock feather.
  • His flute.
  • His blue complexion.
  • His compassion toward devotees.
  • His role as protector of righteousness.
  • His divine wisdom.
  • His eternal nature.

Overall meaning:
"I continually remember and honor Lord Krishna, whose presence removes fear and fills life with divine joy."

4. The 24 Names of Krishna

This chant repeats many of Krishna's sacred names.

Examples include:

  • Govinda – Protector of cows; giver of happiness.
  • Gopala – Protector of souls.
  • Madhava – Lord of sweetness and spring.
  • Mukunda – Bestower of liberation.
  • Damodara – Krishna as the child bound by love.
  • Vasudeva – Son of Vasudeva; the indwelling Divine.
  • Hari – Remover of suffering.
  • Keshava – Slayer of the demon Keshi; one with beautiful hair.

Each name emphasizes a different attribute of Krishna rather than referring to a different deity.

5. Krishna Bhakti Mantra

One of the best-known devotional mantras is:

Krishnaya Vasudevaya Haraye Paramatmane Pranata Klesha Nashaya Govindaya Namo Namah

Word by word:

  • Krishnaya – To Krishna.
  • Vasudevaya – Son of Vasudeva.
  • Haraye – Remover of suffering.
  • Paramatmane – Supreme Soul.
  • Pranata – Those who surrender.
  • Klesha – Sorrows and afflictions.
  • Nashaya – Destroyer.
  • Govindaya – Lord Govinda.
  • Namo Namah – Repeated salutations.

Meaning:

"Again and again I bow to Lord Krishna, the Supreme Soul, who removes the suffering of those who surrender to Him."

6. Radha Krishna Mantra

Often chanted as:

Radhe Krishna Radhe Krishna Krishna Krishna Radhe Radhe

or similar forms.

Meaning:

  • Radha represents perfect, selfless devotion.
  • Krishna represents the Divine.

Together they symbolize:

  • unconditional love,
  • complete surrender,
  • the union of the soul with God.

The purpose of this mantra is to awaken devotion (bhakti), compassion, gratitude, and love.

Why does the video say, "I'm Here To Protect You"?

The title is a modern interpretation rather than a literal translation of the Sanskrit. Across Hindu devotional tradition, Krishna is revered as a divine protector who guides and safeguards devotees who sincerely seek refuge in Him. This theme appears throughout texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, where Krishna promises to protect those who surrender to Him and act with faith. The title summarizes that devotional message rather than translating the mantras word for word.
