My basic understanding about living a spiritual life

Every spiritual master that has walked this planet knew they could never change it. But what a person can do is work with what is. Help one person, be kind, be good, honest. Do the best you know how. Have fun.

So many getting so caught up in all this new age thinking, we forget we are human and we have come here to experience what it means to be human. Its ok to make mistakes, its ok to not be perfect.

Tomorrow is another day roll with the punches or as Bruce Lee once said. If you pour water into a container it will take the shape of that container. Be like water.

Everyday we will be faced with obstacles which help us to learn and understand ourselves better.

Spirit does not know everything.

Socrates quoted, Wise is she who knows she does not know.

Know thyself. It leads to awakening.

Stop beating yourself up.

There may be angels, ascended masters etc, but we alone are responsible for our choices.

If you have messed up- Its ok to be human. Ok big smile now.

Send someone a compliment, let them know that they matter.

Trying to defend what you believe serves no purpose. Trying to changes another persons belief serves no purpose

If you constantly feel a need to defend your beliefs, may be an idea to understand why. .

On a scale of 1-10 how happy are you. Time to aim for the 10.

There are thousands upon thousands of theories and beliefs. Have you formulated your own theories and beliefs or simply follow blindly what someone else has shared with you and now claimed as truth.
