He teaches some of the so called powers you mention .  Remote Viewing, Levitation, Biolocation, Sending and receiving or telepathy, Blindfolded archery, Blind folded in like an English maze, Finding the picture you drew on a football field blind folded, raising the kundalin with the breath called C&E,seeing the past and future in a mirror, changing to a different state from trancing on a candle, creating your day and future, creating reality(S), using the breath to change your body from acidity to protein, observing the grid,,no time, ect ect

  I googled it and came up with a $42 book which I certainly am not advertising!  But it will give you an idea of the spirituality of the topic and I wish we could come up with some of Val and Patti's old writings, she did not use Valana until she was here and changed her name with others at the same time to get a new age name of better vibration bu she always used her birth name of Patti Spencer or Patti Jeanne Spencer but have to be careful as that has been faked on false writings. This teaching has a lot of enemies.  But you are being led or you would not have asked the question, check this url out and get an idea what to try to find on the Internet I'm sure there must be free information somewhere as the old saying is, "when the chela is ready the guru appears" or the student is ready the Master appears and there are Immortals that can appear if one believes.   What you are meaning is the Eastern Kabbalah' teaching.  I'm familiar with it as Val and Valana taught this for years online that's why it's so hilarious for someone to say all they talked about was sex when they talked of the opposite.  Does not really mean opposite of sex but of the retention of the basic uses of the sexual instinct which is completion on the lower chakra level.  

  As a teen ager my Grandmother ran across a small black book that she found in the library surprisingly, of a Christian minister's son.  She remembers only that the book was called, "Immortality" and it taught the abstinence of sex but not the absence of feeling.  

  You might google Tantric Sex as this is a very sacred practice coming from the Eastern religious world.  Another place Valana ran into this teaching was in Yoga philosophy.  The Yoga teaching is also similar I believe though I have not read as much on it as my Grandmother.  

  It's possible she first heard it from Val as he tried to teach this with the raising of the kundalini power and they had a lot of static and it was said they talked about sex all the time by only one person she knows of but it was in a place that really hurt her deeply and God knows she doesn't need to be hurt more..  In fact, they teach the opposite and unless someone is really into the depth of enlightenment and the spiritual powers that are possible they will not understand the teaching and if they are not ready they will consider it to be the opposite of what it is, a highway of holiness spoken of in the scriptures where all the thoughts, words and feelings are dedicated to the God/Goddess within to evolve into the God/Goddess we were in the beginning. Valana stopped the Kundalini teachings because of problems of perhaps people just not being ready in the western world.

  Val's teaching on this is simply a stripped down version of Eastern Tantra. He teaches that mankind were once in the Presence of the Shekinah Glory of the Creator Spirit that is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient.  And for some reason mankind moved out of the Presence, whether the Christian story of creation, the Zohar's story or the Kabbalists' story is the true one it really does not matter, what matters is that we know we are not enlightened, we are not in the Presence of perfect Kingdom of Light and we all strive to get back in our different ways all walking towards the Light at least most of us are.  Val has always taught all paths but one lead home.

  But in the scriptural version it says God guarded the Garden by the Angel with the flaming sword. Val teaches this to be the lust of the flesh or fulfilling the sexual desires on the lower chakra levels.  The purpose in retention of both parties is to raise Chakti or the kundalini powers up to the higher chakras by sexual desire of love, not wasting the energy on sexual pleasure but raising the power to the top center which is the spiritual significance of the "rapture" spoken of in the Bible when the saints rise to meet their Lord in the air.

  This is the rising of the Kundalini forces to the head center where Chakti meets Lord Shiva and they rise together into the higher Christ center above the physical head.  When this happens the possibility of time and dimensional travel is possible for the two of them and this is how Val has taken Valana into so many beautiful experiences of time and space travel but again she stopped teaching this years before she came on this site with the Val Thor writings because she got a lot of flack from those that think sexual desire is evil and something one does not talk about rather they talk or write horror stories but love is not proper to speak of openly.

  Val used to say parents let their children watch blood and guts flow out into the streets and people dying and being tortured and screaming and they enjoy it and let their babies watch the screen as it happens and time was in her day they would not show someone dying or actual fighting in war and elsewhere where people really suffer and now they let their children watch it and it hardens them to it. But let a love scene with even suggestion of sex or nudity come on the screen and they run screaming, "shut your eyes don't look it's sin!" And change the channel back to blood running in the streets. That's lopsided spirituality Val has always taught against allowing children to watch negative situations and man's inhumanity to man....but I think they had lost the desire to teach anyone that years ago as that teaching was not acceptable to "nice" people as they don't talk about physical love but about war and hate basically...

  Google "Immortality of the body:" but doubtful you will find it much, Valana would love to find that little "Immortality" book against as it said by raising the sexual energies to the top chakra and not wasting the energy on sexual physical pleasure one will never die. And Val teaches that is true that's why they never have actual sexual fulfillment but they raise the kundalini that's why Gramma as always looked half her age until the last several years because of emotional problems she has grown old and ready to leave she always believed in i9mmortality and they could get a group of people together that would all together reach immortality but no one ever understand their teaching so they stopped and Gramma went back to the basic lower level teachings and not many understnd those! <g>  Hope I could be of some help as I'm very familiar with the teaching..

  to me awakening of spiritual powers is just part of the rollercoaster ride if you are dedicated to spiritual evolvement and reading and overseeing some of the beautiful channeled info out there and on here. We can throw out what we like and absorb what you / we want. There was a few things in Hilarions message that felt so right and was so inspiring.  We can feel truth. I liked Lady Nada and there was one statement wich hit home . She Said "I am willing to recognize every experience of my life as a creative involvement and union of my energies and union with the creator" . We can sense and feel the correctness and truth when we read something. So uplifting and the fact that were all on here means we have something in common
