A Journey.
Born into duality,
no knowledge at all.
Grow up with our innocence,
unaware of the pitfall.
-
Life becomes difficult,
a test to endure.
We must work hard to play hard,
reality becomes obscure.
-
But where is the fun,
its mostly work after all.
Paid only a few pounds,
our value so small.
-
Not nearly enough,
to fund things we want to do.
Work a whole year,
then holiday for only a week or two.
-
Memories once faded,
recalled over time.
They all flow back,
it will be sublime.
-
Reality dawning,
it was all an illusion.
Gaining the knowledge,
to reach your conclusion.
-
The mundane memories,
they all become surplus.
To know who you are,
and what is your purpose.
