Give what ever you feel is yours to give to others and be LOVING TO YOUR SELF. You are important! Each and every Lightworker is of importance! Let´s SUPPORT EACHOTHER and give friendliness to the world in need. Find the balance within, when you doubt. Ask for help from Divinity within your own heart as well as your Higher Self. Father Mother God, your true parent will guide you, if you ask for help. Do it as it feels natural to you. Be true and natural and all is well.
