Consciousness is the spiritual part of a human being, it’s fully active by being aware of the present moment.
Human consciousness however is a small part of the greater spiritual consciousness that could exist within the psyche.
The parts of the psyche that are able to hold and be a vehicle for the greater spiritual consciousness to be within the human being have to be created through sexual alchemy.
When they are created, then greater spiritual consciousnesses merge with the basic human consciousness and the individual is transformed.
Greater spiritual consciousness manifests not as a thought, nor as an emotion, nor as any kind of feeling that anyone would recognize. It manifests in its own way, in its own nature.
It is not an emotion, so it doesn’t bring about any kind of emotional response within the body or within the psyche.
It does not make anyone have pleasant looks or wild gestures, gushing emotions, nor happy smiles—nothing of that—all of that belongs to the world of emotions. It is not an emotion.
It does not give the sense or feeling of stupor, like when some people practice meditation and they have a slow kind of feeling. That’s not the spiritual manifesting.
It could not be thought of as being a beautiful or loving emotion or anything like that. That’s not the spiritual manifesting within.
When the spiritual manifests within, it has a completely different way of working within. It does not trigger an emotion—it has its own perception. Anything that is of an emotional feeling is of an ego nature, and is not of the spirit.
When the basic human consciousness manifests it makes a person clear. To experience it practice awareness, wherever you are, or go for a walk in awareness, just walk, and you’ll discover that in moments you become aware. When you’re aware, you’re not in emotions, you’re just clear. The greater spiritual consciousnesses have ways of manifesting within that bring incredible clarity, but they also bring much more, they bring qualities that are unknown to the world.

Comment by Drekx Omega on April 13, 2012 at 5:34pm You're most welcome, Light Warrior.....Sometimes I seek to describe this in more detail, yet find that the English language does not always suffice....It does require effort to comprehend and although we have to use words to describe this subject somewhat effectively, it is a completely natural process...as natural as breathing, as you suggest.....Indeed I agree with what you say about religious zealots trying to define how others should feel....
Indeed, to KNOW is a greater energy than simply feeling on it's own....
Comment by Light Warrior on April 13, 2012 at 5:12pm Well well, well. I have tried to tell people this for a very long time, to no avail. Things of a spiritual nature should draw people naturally to it. It should not and does not have to be forced upon them of taught to them by parents, peers, religious leaders etc. Because each of us have a "spiritual nature" within ourselves, yearning to be experienced and expressed. It needs no help from others and does not require "imitation" in order for one to convince others that they have Spirituality. Some things are innate in nature and should not, as you said here, come as a suprise. For example, if you see a person walking down the street taking pictures of beautiful flowers, you don't say to yourself, "Oh my! that person must have "breath" in their body to be walking about like that!" We are not shocked by this at all because we all know that breathing is an involuntary and naturally occuring function. Yet, as natural as that may be, PROPER GUIDANCE from an individual who may already have spiritual enlightenment in such matters, can instruct that "breathing" person on how to take his breathing to the next level, if you will, IF and ONLY IF that breathing person has reached an "introspective" point in their personal life and they inquire further information on their own! Without them reaching that point in their lives, on their own, they will only allow their Ego to cause them to imitate others who say that they "got it!" I have witnessed the most incorrigible damage caused to certain people throughout my lifetime, who were told or pressured by "religious zelots" that they should be "this way or that way" or "they should be feeling a certain way- which again as you stated Drexx, is only an emotion from which Spiritual conscioness DOES NOT COME!! Thank you sir for this post. I didn't mean to ramble on but you just hit the nail right on the head with this one...and many others!

Thank you for sharing, all... and Drekx is sharing some very deep information one would do well to think about it deeply ... Where does emotion come from? Where do your thoughts originate? WHO is the driver of your consciousness?

Here is an exoteric correspondence for all to ponder.......
Spirit = Aether
Higher Mind = Air
Concrete Mind = Fire
Emotions = Water
Dense Body = Earth
Note the higher and lower vibrations upon ths scale....
Comment by Drekx Omega on April 13, 2012 at 9:26am Self-mastery of emotions (devic denizens upon the astral plane) allows us to become mentally polarized....evolution of spirit through matter then progresses to self-mastery of the mind (devic denizens upon the manasic plane) which in turn, allows us to become SPIRITUALLY polarised....The ascension process requires the building of the antakharana (rainbow bridge) in mental substance, so that it extends between the concrete mind and the higher mind, then and only then can the MONAD (spirit) itself send down it's energies of the higher (monadic) planes, which includes the soul energies of ATMA-BUDDHIC-MANAS....the higher triad may then unite with the incarnated persona, to become an ascended being...A being connected directly with spirit (higher level than a soul) and able to express itself in all planes...including the physical plane.....
This process is achieved in degrees of CONSCIOUSNESS AWAKENING.....
Note that astral emotions are a lower energy to those of the mind.....And the mind in turn is but a useful tool enabling us to achieve those higher heart connections with the Buddhic plane....where emtions are eclipsed by PURE FEELINGS OF ONENESS....
So when Kelly speaks of "emotions," she is reminding us that they are but one of the lower steps upon the ladder to achieving true bliss...and are not the final destination of spiritual bliss upon the journey to perfection..
Note that the body, emotions and mind are not us....they are devic lives at atomic and subatomic levels, that we "magnetize" as we increase our light quotients while incarnated....

Comment by John Jancar on April 13, 2012 at 4:29am And I've done meditations where I've shut off all thoughts, and all feelings, and just became pure awareness. Is that who we are, you know, I don't think so. It's a state of limbo. I do agree that clarity comes when we can be still. I do that all the time. But ultimately, you're still thinking and feeling...your thoughts and feeling just become more still and more clear. And it's a great thing, it's great to really have mental and emotional clarity. That makes life really come alive and become real and clear. To completely shut them off, I don't think is ideal, or real.
Comment by John Jancar on April 13, 2012 at 4:13am That's a great way to describe it Delilah, expansion. It's expansion of your being. Mind and heart. And mind is part of our being, ultimately, it's not really what we are, we are not consciousness...consciousness is a tool to use to expand and express being. BEing, what you're BEing, not what you're thinking, or perceiving, there's a difference
. And you can just see it in people, and I can see it in me too, sometimes our minds think things that we don't truly feel in our heart. At heart, we are love...right? Isn't that what we're told? And it's true. Love is the ultimate in spirituality lol And like we are told, love is felt from the heart, it's not a mental process. Same thing with divinity...we can think we're divine, but until we can truly feel it, it won't become real.
And I've had glimpses of feeling truly divine, and true love...and I try to be love and be in my heart all the time, it's not easy lol Because the mind likes to be in control. And we're told this over over, we have to learn how to be heart centered, and let the mind be the servant, the tool, that God designed it to be.

From my own personal experience thus far, the more conscious I become the more emotional capacity is able to be achieved.
It's a higher level of emotional understanding from what I have experienced, and I would think that expansion covers all aspects of who we will blossom into in the days to come. Our emotions will be transformed, there is no doubt about that as far as I'm concerned at the moment, but we have to be open to changes, even changes that we don't see coming, or that could make us feel potentially uncomfortable. When we peel back the layers, it is revealed to us ~ and we become more accountable for what we've done and how we are going to transform any wrong things we've done to one another.
I think you have to have "compassion" to get to a true state of higher Love, and I would think that would come through higher levels of Emotional experience. For what my life has shown me so far, Emotions are the more hardcore thing we will deal with, because they teach us how to grow our compassion and learn to Love each other in a more profound way.
Comment by John Jancar on April 13, 2012 at 3:55am This isn't entirely how it works lol And I know this, because I know myself. When we have an idea to create something, it first comes as inspiration, a feeling...then the mind works to give it form. They work together, but ultimately, our connection to soul, is via the heart. The words are almost always paired together, heart and soul. That's what we are. The mind is part of us, but ultimately, it's not the real us.
And again, this is something you come to understand as you really dig within you and get to know the nuances of your being. People just don't know how they work. They as in themselves, they don't understand their being, they're too focused on the world of form...the world outside of their being...which is important to know, but ultimately it's an illusion. Your being, your soul, your heart...is ultimately who you are, and it doesn't exist in the world of form. Know thyself, know you're being. It's the only way to truly know anything anyways, from within your being. That's where true realization comes from, it doesn't come from the mind. It comes from the heart, it comes when you can truly feel the reality of something and understand it from the heart level. And everybody knows this, intuitively. One of our biggest subconscious drives is to be able to really feel reality. You can't do that if you shut off your emotions and live a mind centered life.
