How Spirituality is in Consciousness Not Emotion

Author: Belsebuub

Consciousness is the spiritual part of a human being, it’s fully active by being aware of the present moment.

Human consciousness however is a small part of the greater spiritual consciousness that could exist within the psyche.

The parts of the psyche that are able to hold and be a vehicle for the greater spiritual consciousness to be within the human being have to be created through sexual alchemy.

When they are created, then greater spiritual consciousnesses merge with the basic human consciousness and the individual is transformed.

Greater spiritual consciousness manifests not as a thought, nor as an emotion, nor as any kind of feeling that anyone would recognize. It manifests in its own way, in its own nature.

It is not an emotion, so it doesn’t bring about any kind of emotional response within the body or within the psyche.

It does not make anyone have pleasant looks or wild gestures, gushing emotions, nor happy smiles—nothing of that—all of that belongs to the world of emotions. It is not an emotion.

It does not give the sense or feeling of stupor, like when some people practice meditation and they have a slow kind of feeling. That’s not the spiritual manifesting.

It could not be thought of as being a beautiful or loving emotion or anything like that. That’s not the spiritual manifesting within.

When the spiritual manifests within, it has a completely different way of working within. It does not trigger an emotion—it has its own perception. Anything that is of an emotional feeling is of an ego nature, and is not of the spirit.

When the basic human consciousness manifests it makes a person clear. To experience it practice awareness, wherever you are, or go for a walk in awareness, just walk, and you’ll discover that in moments you become aware. When you’re aware, you’re not in emotions, you’re just clear. The greater spiritual consciousnesses have ways of manifesting within that bring incredible clarity, but they also bring much more, they bring qualities that are unknown to the world.

Thank you, Ara, I admit I've had trouble in the past with letting emotions get the better of me, as a female too we have sooo many hormones that it's not always possible- of course, age helps - haha, so yes... eye of the tornado... I'm going to remember that one :)

Thanks, Truespirit :)  I like your name by the way... do you have a special resonance with "7" ?

well said ... thanks Kel ... ;)

my personal analogy is like to be in the "center or an eye of tornado" ... be aware of surroundings (without getting sucked in by emotions) ... be an observer and participant of your own life at the same time.

Well you know, I feel the same way lol This is not complicated stuff, and it kind of boggles my mind how people just don't get it. I mean even something so simple and clear as living through the heart, seems to be too complicated for people to understand. I just try to keep in mind, that...most people just aren't real people..they're operating from limited expansion...they're centered in mind, and that makes them prone to illusions. But, oh well. One of these days they'll learn.

Thank you, Drekx, for understanding :) Sometimes the road is lonely and you feel as though no one else "gets it" but yourself... but then you find others to walk with and share the journey and your Light grows together and becomes brighter through fellowship.

Well this is all technical mumbo jumbo of the mind, that isn't really important to me. To me, spirituality is very simple...either you're in a place of true love and unity...or you're not. You can be at varying degrees, but ultimately, that is the goal. When you can truly feel unconditional love, and a sense of unity with others, and you can know God within you, and within everything....that's all you really need to do to be spiritual. Everything else is made of that.

And sure I think we have to learn to master our thoughts, and emotions, so we make them work for us instead of rule us...but I think ultimately, spirituality simply means living in the heart, and opening it up...to God and love. It becomes real that way, true realization comes from the heart level, not the mind. Self realization, and God realization....isn't perceived...it's felt and known and realized from the heart.

And I know, I'm on my way to that lol Everyday things become more real. I have a long way to go, but I'm actually walking it, not just talking about it. It's good to comprehend the structure if you will, and if you do, it should then be very easy to do it. So what's stopping you. Ah because see, this stuff doesn't come from the mind, it comes from truly BE-coming it. The greatest teachers for me, have been people who taught by their example, not by words.

That is exactly correct, Kelly my dear.....Our job is to shine light on the subject and others must then see the journey ahead for themselves and make an effort not to stumble upon their own path....we can but light the path ahead for others, in service....yet they must walk it...as we walk it, ourselves...

Thanks for this blog, hun....a good subject for discussion...

I agree completely with you both... I feel too that I can only share what has helped me but I cannot force comprehension, it's there or it's not :)

You're most welcome, Light Warrior.....Sometimes I seek to describe this in more detail, yet find that the English language does not always suffice....It does require effort to comprehend and although we have to use words to describe this subject somewhat effectively, it is a completely natural process...as natural as breathing, as you suggest.....Indeed I agree with what you say about religious zealots trying to define how others should feel....

Indeed, to KNOW is a greater energy than simply feeling on it's own....

Well well, well. I have tried to tell people this for a very long time, to no avail. Things of a spiritual nature should draw people naturally to it. It should not and does not have to be forced upon them of taught to them by parents, peers, religious leaders etc. Because each of us have a "spiritual nature" within ourselves, yearning to be experienced and expressed. It needs no help from others and does not require "imitation" in order for one to convince others that they have Spirituality. Some things are innate in nature and should not, as you said here, come as a suprise. For example, if you see a person walking down the street taking pictures of beautiful flowers, you don't say to yourself, "Oh my! that person must have "breath" in their body to be walking about like that!" We are not shocked by this at all because we all know that breathing is an involuntary and naturally occuring function. Yet, as natural as that may be, PROPER GUIDANCE from an individual who may already have spiritual enlightenment in such matters, can instruct that "breathing" person on how to take his breathing to the next level, if you will, IF and ONLY IF that breathing person has reached an "introspective" point in their personal life and they inquire further information on their own! Without them reaching that point in their lives, on their own, they will only allow their Ego to cause them to imitate others who say that they "got it!" I have witnessed the most incorrigible damage caused to certain people throughout my lifetime, who were told or pressured by "religious zelots" that they should be "this way or that way" or "they should be feeling a certain way- which again as you stated Drexx, is only an emotion from which Spiritual conscioness DOES NOT COME!! Thank you sir for this post. I didn't mean to ramble on but you just hit the nail right on the head with this one...and many others!
