It is the Illuminati and the Dark Star races who are behind a great deal of what is going on on our world . The 'good galactics' as you put it have been incarnating on our world for some considerable time now in order to help us affect change from within . You see dear one , galactic law forbids them from directly intervening so this watching over us while members of their star forces incarnate among us is all they are permitted to do at this time . And through these ones on planet much is being done , very much indeed . There are now over 200 million of them dear one . That is also why our ascension is so very , very important not only for us but also for them because once we have done so they WILL be able to make contact and physically help us because then we'll actually be in the SAME DIMENSION as they are .
