I am a meridian tapping practitioner (EFT / Matrix Reimprinting) and also do energy and pressure point work, and use these techniques myself on a daily basis to release stored emotions.

I am into music composition and devotional song. I have dipped my toe in several spiritual practices, but prefer my own awareness and clearing techniques and simply walking in nature ultimately.
