I have today a particular inquiry about sin. What exactly is sin? Distortion, disobedience, negative thoughts/emotes? I ask because in my transformation i've come to a bit of a conundrum. Been stuck on my ascension process step of astral projection for more than 12 months now -_- i always have spontaneous bursts of desire from either my higher self or wherever to astral project so that I may expand/ascend my awareness... however...... two questions. sound current and subconscious reprogramming.

When subconscious reprogramming i have a slideshow of pictures with relevant affirnations on the pic. Qnd another with just colors with relating emotions. And a recording. Now can someone tell me is i am or you are the most effective way to communicate these? (On all 3 methods which pov is best?) Also what do you all know of the sound current?
