The Feeling between my Eyes

Almost 1 and a half years ago i started to feel "the point" between my eyes. It feels like somebody puts the finger on my pineal gland, but very soft and subtle. Its very intense when i sit straight ( meditation), or when i concentrate on it. If this is the awakening of my third eye i would love to know how i could develop it in the right direction... i also read that it could be a blocking in my forehead chakra and maybe thats why i dont feel any development on this?What is your opinion…

Oops...sorry about the Alice In Chains album. I meant for only one song and used that vid to pick the song I was looking for, which is a song called "Would?" at 54:05 into the album. I just copied the code from the wrong computer monitor...

Hearing sounds in your ears? Me too. Over the past day or so, the sound has changed slightly... the sound of a handful of small, polished gravel being ground around in your hand - except at a much higher frequency, very fast, and fairly quiet... it can still be overwhelmed by surrounding noises.
