Body- -Is it in the shape you like? Is it healthy? Do you listen and take care of it? DO you like your body?

Mind - How positive is your mind? Can you multitask effieciently? Are you problem solving skills efficient? How clear is it? Do you worry lots?

Most everybody has a light body. Some have more light than others. It is a good idea to find out what percentage you are if you are looking to ascend in body.

When you experienced your awakening you burned approximately 51 percent of your karma which probably means you have a light body of around that number also.
