The volume sounds fine to me with the music you're playing... if it was heavy death metal, I'd probably suggest turning it down WAY more...but yours is good. I see that you figured how to keep it from playing when your profile comes on. Good job! Very relaxing music...
My MixPod is set to vol=15.
Great music selection, by the way... there is a way to adjust the volume - it's in the embedding code. Just look for where it says: vol=100 and change that to whatever number below 100 that you would like. It's called reprogramming!
