Your Teachers and/or Spiritual Sources of Inspiration: Sananda appeared to me in a dream in Sept 2011.
I saw paradise, and my brothers and sisters enjoying living in it - but I was observing on the sidelines.
Jesus said to me:
- Green foods were used to help in the process of ascension
- Those who did not overcome the addictions of the flesh, stayed behind in the old Earth to learn to overcome them
- Those who smiled on the outside but had no love for others in their hearts - also returned to the old Earth in order to love.

Books You have Read and Would Recommend: My second most important and vivid dream following the above one, was that we were all in the economic collapse and my space brother appeared to me, reached out to take me aboard a UFO.
His hair was dark and wavey, and he wore a beige suit which went almost down to his knees. I thought he looked nerdy but he had purified his heart so much, that he was now matured to the point of being 'childlike'. I felt I could trust him and that he was my space brother.

I want to graduate from this Earth life and return home. I yearn for home, and miss my family. I also miss how we treated each other with respect and valued life on my planet.

The ascension path I find, is one of choices. We make wholesome choices, then out of the blue, we gain more wisdom and knowledge. We then learn we need to work on more things - then we begin to feel more joy as a result of becoming more pure.

It is a step by step process. Learning how to be loving and learning to love my own body, now eating organic food in order that my vibration remains high. I am feeling the benefits of eating good wholesome foods as well as making choices to send out love to those I don't find lovable (but annoying).

When I feel my vibrations have been high, it is as if we are on the top of the mountain and we see things around us from all angles and with great clarity. To return to old negative behavioural patterns puts us at risk of descending again into dark valleys where we suffer and cannot see. I don't want this anymore.

It is as if we become so sensitive to energies around us that we become quite reclusive. But when we are out in nature, we feel the trees are our friends. We feel an amazing connection to them - at one with them.

If people are still divided against one another, bickering, calling other's names, not having a childlike humility. then how on Earth can we get to paradise? Answer is: We won't! We will most likely return and reincarnate to learn our lessons…

I too have been reading a lot about butterflies recently...hence the poem. Glad you liked it and here is a sweet picture with a small piece of interesting information which I quite liked. You probably have came upon this yourself in your readings but I hope you enjoy these anyways.

The Butterfly is a universal symbol of change, resurrection, transformation, celebration, young love and the soul.

As a symbol of transformation; the butterfly represents everlasting life originating from it's three stages of life;
1. Birth (the caterpillar),
2. Death (the chrysalis), and finally,
3. Resurrection (the butterfly).
