Another weird symptom?

I just had a strange vibration thingy...don't know how to describe it, but it felt like my brain was spreading out or, I was suddenly dreaming what I was doing. I was doing the same thing I was doing when the feeling started, but it felt like I was dreaming that I was doing it. Then it stopped for a moment, and started again and lasted for about 30 seconds. Does that sound like anything anyone else has experienced?

Today I was gifted a bit of incite by my cats. The day before yesterday, we installed a kitty door so the cats could come and go freely at their will. I really got tired of opening the door every time one of my five little darlings stood in front of the door and gave me the sad eye, just as another was crying to get in.
