You would have to seek someone who can better guide you with that. Many times, this is taught one-on-one. I wouldn't trust doing it as a course via video or book instructional. Let your heart guide you.
In reference to Raising Vibration: Listening to very high-vibrational music like Johnathan Goldman's music, for instance and blocking all external stimuli that is not in alignment with the Higher Realms of Light. Praying, Meditating, asking the Angels, Archangels and Ascended Host to be present with you. Being in Selfless Service to others. Spending quiet time, in reflection and introspection. Being in a constant state of Gratitude and Humility. Being respectful, n reverance and One with ALL Life forms. Consuming food that is Alive helps also. I hope this has shed some "light" into this.
