oh and counting the Omer, relates to these lower sefirot;

The bottom seven sephirot:

7) Chesed (kindness/compassion/generosity/love of God/inspiring vision, but also lack of limits or boundaries) anatomy: some say right arm, others say right shoulder,

6) Gevurah (Severity/strength/rigor/judgment/intention/withholding/awe of God, but also excessive force, inflexibility, and inability to adapt) anatomy: some say left arm, others say left shoulder,

5) Tiferet ("Beauty": Symmetry/mercy/balance between Chesed and Gevurah in compassion/an abundance of heart) anatomy: some say thorax, others say heart,

4) Netzach (Victory/determination to overcome/Initiative/persistence) anatomy: right leg,

3) Hod (Splendor/withdrawal/surrender/sincerity) anatomy: left leg,

2) Yesod (Foundation/applying oneself the task to accomplish/wholly remembering/coherent knowledge) anatomy: some say the penis, others say the reproductive organs in general,

1) Machut (Monarchy/receptivity/inclusion/acceptance/nurturance/female vessel for the pregnant nurturing of the male lights of sephirot 2-7 into action/becomes the Divine repository for any subsequent lower level in Creation/accomplishment/realization of the Divine Plan/Divine will connects to material creation through the union of Yesod and Malchut) anatomy: some say vagina and uterus, others say the feet.

so thats about as far as i know.... so LezaTova can add on :)

im so glad the sag paneer did wonders for you and cleaned ur bodily system lol ;)

Counting the omer is to do with the jewish holidays, the days between passover and another holiday; it all came about from a sacrifice in the jewish faith; I dont count omer i dont think I ever have , but yeah its connected to the lower sefirot, but LezaTova, could explain this much more in depth... love! <3

mustwakeup had sag paneer yesterday and i hope he followed the advice so he can report back to our kabalah class lol

from what I know many customs do bless food; i have also heard food cooked fresh by loving hands is also better -but thats not kabbalah related <3

Star, thank you for the insight. Indeed, in the mouth is G*d, for the mouth can also be used to bless and create. We ask for the Light to make our utterances in alignment with what is 'acceptable', as well as ingest nourishment. As we bless our food we ask it to be acceptable and mde Holy. So if what goes in and comes out of our mouths has capacity to raise us to higher levels of refinement and holiness, then I propose G*d is in our mouths. :-). Namaste and Shalom

 Kabbalah states that in the mouth is God, so i think what they mean is.... bless the food and eat, so you get a higher nutrional value, and apparantly the kosher is better  <3

Feather; ooo did u try the food in kerala ? or visit temples and such?

yes they friendly to tourists, although i prefer staying alone in the nature myself, when i was there i used to meditate on the rooftops of my grandpa's house, its such a magical place indeed.... i love the nature of india...

im in norway now, and im finding this place equal or more magical than kerala,so thats amazing...

we need a lesson on kabalah and food <3

Star.........yes, I've been to Kerala...........beautiful...tropical.....palm trees....really good food....nice people,,,!!!!

Must awake.......sounds too good to miss....set an extra plate for me,,!!!!
Braco is in town Sunday.....I always go to the Indian restaurant next door after I see him in the glass pyramid......I just discovered Braco here on ACC last month, normally I dont go for things like this.....but, I have great telepathy with him......... he is great..he says nothing.....and does nothing......he just is...!!!!
