your twin flames is the light or divine of your highest frequency of love and light.your flame is is an exact match of consciousness in all forms.there are soul mates and twin flames.soul mates are relationships where one has had many relationships with through out their life times.you each other so well when you reconnect,you experience the joy of family coming back together.you come to earth to assist the whole consciousness into ascension.in the very begining you felt connected to one another.you felt at home but then your seperatness starts to surface which has not healed ,mirror of self  to one another .all the fear,abandonment,fear of love and intimacy and all of your frozen emotions start to mirroring back to one another and it comes to difficult the relationships dissloves and you start looking for some place to plug yourself into so that you will feel wanted,important and valuable because you are vibratiing at a collective consciousness of seperation you bring constant mirrors of this loneliness and seperation back to you.you do so that you can start healing.you bring the same relationships but with a different face to you until you realize that this relationship is  not separate from you.it is you,you are looking at yourself in the mirror this the reflection back to you.the more you can love yourself  you start to shatter the wall or veils of illusion and separation.if you allow yourself to truly know that you what you see is you,what you dislike,what you hate is you and what you love and admire is you,you will then be able to heal and love yourself,everything or person who mirrors back to you is a gift of love.many times ,your true partner or twin flame could come up in front of you ,and you would not recognize him or her because who you think are is suppose to with comes from your perception of who or what you think is love is.the more you allow yourself to love you by looking at all the mirrors aspects of you and relaeasing fear the more you can accept yourself for your totality,the loneliness and separation will start to dissipate.as you love yourself unconditionally ,you can start to loving others.you cannot truly see another for their love and magnificence until you love yourself.recognize yourself as love.it is impotant to be conscious of this.you will then be healthly enough to draw your twin flame,your divine blue print back to you.watch your ego.love it and hear it but do not surrender into it love the child and you do this ,the child feels acknowledged and heard.in other life times there was much saddness because you were with other partners or perhaps you could not be together because of religion,cultures and othe differences.now is the time to you have agreed to come together on the earth plane as beautiful aspects of creation,to resonate with each other in love and light,and to bring your sound and frequency together.when you are in your own power you not feel like you need to be rescued.you will feel power in your own right..we are all I Am consciousness.to bring this planet into ascension and enlightenment there must be a balance of inner male and female,you will bring the twin of you,back to you.your agreement is to bring back this partnership to you in human form to asisst the balance of all conciousness to co-create heaven on earth in all life forms.your twin flame is the light or divine spark of your highest frequency of light of love and light..your twin flame if the exact match of your consciouness in all life forms.when you and your twin flame are together beyond karmic duality,you are yin and yang balance.all that you together balances you and all those around you because all souls are you.when you are with your twin flame in perfect harmony ,all around you feell the balance.this balance blends together as one and lifts your vibrations into a higher essence,hellen

I want to share a beautiful love song video. My new boyfriend (soul-mate) swore to me he would never leave me and then I found this song. We reinforced our future by going to a Shaman and receiving a cleansing. It was very intense. I recommend this for all soulmate couples. It does pay to cleanse before meeting that special person and then to do a cleansing together. It takes two humble souls to know they are not perfect and are open to cleansings. Never believe you are too high on the ladder of ascension to receive a cleansing.

I came across the information about twinflames 2009, here on this website. This summer my twin showed up. The universe made sure I could not missinterprete this, by litterally telling me we were, and showing our signed "contracts" were the goal is to unite and be together this lifetime. It has been a very intensed summer with all this info from "above", and I feel very tired. We met first time 27 years ago, but was separated due to choices. Now we are getting closer, through internet. We have not met yet. There is an ocean between us. It is an exiting time and an exiting experience. I am happy for this.
