Oh gosh, yes... intense energy like this needs to be grounded and I can't think of a better way than triangles :-)  My triangle these days is a rainbow diamond one... I can hold the energy for a long time, now, building it up and then release it, like an explosion, quite nice really...

Will be in at morning around 8-9 and at night until May wesak :-)  It's the Masters' work we do, so happy to be with you, lovely :-)

HEADS UP!  Big energy incoming!

Solar activity is high. During a 24 hour period straddling May 13th and 14th, the sun unleashed three X-class solar flares. These are the strongest flares of the year so far, and they signal a significant increase in solar activity. The source of the flares, a large sunspot on the sun's eastern limb, appears poised to erupt again as it turns toward Earth. Check http://spaceweather.com for updates and more information.

Woohoo!  Dear friends, the solar eclipse of wesak is upon us :-)

RING OF FIRE SOLAR ECLIPSE: On May 9-10, the Moon will pass directly in front of the sun over the South Pacific, producing a "ring of fire" solar eclipse. At greatest eclipse, more than 95% of the sun's surface will be covered.

This is uncomfortable for me, I can already feel a tightening happening in my stomach area.  My advice is to get outside and get the lovely solar energy moving through you and to connect to the earth, this will help smooth the transition.  I think of eclipses as a sort of "reboot" to the new operating software, so I have been clearing like crazy for this time and I hope to come through the next few days with a deeper relationship with myself, if you know what I mean :-) 

On an esoteric level, this is a time of merging between masculine and feminine energies, and east and west...what was hidden... will be revealed.

For Triangle members, because you are tied energetically to the earth, you will feel the grids lighting up from the solar eclipse too, your solar plexus may be a bit touchy so I'd stick to fruit and veggies today. 

Because this is a high kundalini time as well you will see the four F's of awakening happening around you, so keep grounded and try to stay positive if you can.  www.biologyofkundalini.com has excellent tips regarding kundalini events.

Good day, beloveds :-)  I have been very busy and active, as I am sure you have as well.  The energy has been intense and will become even more so as we head into the summer season, the Wesak Moon is upon us and a lunar eclipse is to occur.

I have been going through some changes, as I am sure the majority of you have as well... it seems that words fail to describe what it feels like.  Those who relate are also experiencing it and those who are not... well, you can't explain it to them in words they would understand. 

We are expanding our consciousness, and it feels amazing... I am grateful that we didn't get a shortcut and have a massive disaster scenario where billions would get a free pass through the ascension... we get to do it physically and in peace and love, so it's going to keep getting better and better as we go along.

It's excellent information and I see these shapes in my visions, so true what she explains...

Hello Friends :-)  Just stopping in for a hug, it's been grueling lately, hasn't it?  Feel like you are plugged into a cosmic socket?  Have been having some amazing esoteric experiences, things are really opening up and many changes are coming through Gaia right now, feeling the goddess too, it's going to be an awesome month, with all the alignments, the comet and the valentines day energy, I really look forward to seeing some nice energy coming in to balance all this chaos we are experiencing right now. 

Much dense energy about, doesn't feel like clearing so much as the margins between frequencies are so much wider, there is a gulf now between densities, extreme polarities playing out... is anyone else really clumsy suddenly?  Losing time?  Feeling "faster" and like everyone is soooo slow?  Feeling music differently?  Interesting, no? 

Good times, thanks for sharing this journey with me, sending best wishes for the weekend with your loved ones :-)
