chocolate (in a balanced diet) is actually very good for you!
Researchers at the University of California-San Diego found that people who frequently eat chocolate have lower body-mass indexes than people who don’t, which means chocolate eaten in a healthy dose can keep you thin ;).
Other evidence indicates that chocolate can help prevent strokes, heart attacks, and diabetes. It also has been shown to strengthen your brain !!
remember eat in a balanced diet... LIKE the ancient Mayans did... they used to drink it !!!
if we lived in mayan times; they'd ask this from us (money wasnt currency) :P
1 small rabbit = 30 cacao beans
1 turkey egg = 3 cacao beans
1 large tomato = 1 cacao bean
so you can see even they valued chocolata!!
& yes it will help in opening your pineal gland too... (i suggest reading the labels of things; to make sure there are not any strange chemicals in it)

Chocolate contains theobromine which is ok for us but dogs poison to dogs.....also the caffeine in chocolate is not good for dogs....so they should not drink coffee. Chocolate poisoning is the no.1 poisoning for dogs the vets report....it is very common.
