I was hoping anyone would share some of their favorite all natural products that they've used .. like natural shampoo, conditioner, deodarant, lotions, toothpaste :)
I found a good site iherb.com and I'm going to convert all my products to all natural, so am just looking for some good insight from others who have tried and found something that works good for them. Thank You :)

anyone here know how i can detox? I have a really hard time sleeping and thinking of seeing a Shaman for de-possession or extraction. I think it will help me a lot. I use sage before I go to bed around me and my room, crystals around room (black tourmalines) and Celenite by my bed to help me sleep at night. Any other tips?

Aluminum is Bad for us even the aluminum foils pots pans etc....
known to cause alzhimers and such so I just stay away from it ! :)
