Hugging a tree, lying heart~to~heart on your stomach on the Earth, and anything else that you can think to do to show Her your love and let Her feel it helps. Every bit of love we have always helps<3

Burying beloved crystals in the Earth is one of the many ways we can give her our loving energy and intent. Laying our crystals and other beloved Earth gifts on the ground also provides a connection and she can feel our love.

More than anything I've found that connecting to Her and loving Her as best I can is imperative for my heart~soul. Keeping our peace and love helps her to keep hers as well. Through love and peace we can help to facilitate and impart Grace and Ease to MotherEarth and all who are ascending.
