This Bio-relativity exercise is very effective and is a new technique I have learned from the Arcturians recently, through the Group of Forty (http://www.groupofforty.com It is a visualization exercise that is simple, yet very effective.
Exercise: Close your eyes, relax, and Visualize a large screen in your mind's eye (third eye). On this screen there are 2 Earths. On the left is the 5th Dimensional Earth (your right looking at the picture above). On the right, Mother Earth as she is now, and in the condition she is now. Visualize them Merging, take a few moments with this, keeping the visual of them merged on the screen.
