Comment by Kevin on October 10, 2012 at 9:58pm I would strongly suggest people look into sun-gazing. I would NOT suggest most people use open eyed sungazing. Eyes closed head to the sun works well enough for the majority. Getting the light on that pineal gland makes a big difference.
Also be aware of the safe hours. Morning and afternoon are the rays you want. Midday is what you want to avoid. From 10-2 roughly.
