Its already our present from our higher self.. its just time for us all to make the connection.

It happens naturally as a baby gradually understands whats going on around themselves..

index finger touching the tip of your nose

hold that measurement exactly without moving ...

and take the same distance from the tip of your nose to your forehead.

Your index finger will be touching the exact spot of your third eye.

you focus your awareness on that spot but a little bit further inside your skull at your pineal gland

the petals of the third eye open with the two bija sounds

Hawng and Kshawng---- How and kahshaw

and the mantra of the opening of the jewel in the middle is AUM

Comment by NATALIE PRIEST on January 26, 2013 at 6:51pm: Hiya, i'm new to the world of Lucid Dreaming, currently reading a book by Robert Waggoner, called 'Lucid Dreaming-Gateway to the inner self', so far very interesting and i'm learning alot about just how deep Lucid dreaming can go into your pysche and its connection with the Universe. Any one else read his book?

I myself have only started having a few lucid dreams, where i meet dream figures and 'ask them do you know that you are in a dream?', and 'what do you represent?', so far they just look at me and don't answer. One Lucid dream i was flying backwards through the universe at a very fast roaring speed, i felt afriad and forced myself to wake up i was saying one scarey request after another without having any control of what i was saying, saying things like 'show me the end of the universe' and 'show me the end of time', lol funny!

I created an interesting trigger in my dreams
I am always riding the eleveator up and down in my travels.
I enter an elevator and start slntinging sides like Im lifting off
or Im on one of the centrifigal wheels at the carnival and the floor is lifting off
