KUNDALINI - "Kundala" means 'coiled'. The Power is the Goddess (Devi) Kundalini-Shakti coiled in the Root (Muladhara) Cakra, at the root of the base of the spine. She is aroused in that Yoga which is named after her - Kundalini Yoga.

But you run the risk of accidental manifestation if you let it get too intense. It can be useful to scale back for a while. Just to make sure it's safe. That's my experience despite reading some stuff on it. Let it do its thing.
