Went to guided meditation yesterday. We visualized, through third eye, a bridge. One side represented where we were(in mental body); walked over to the other side connecting with higher self and uniting with cosmos. As I walked across I found my guides and teachers laughing and telling stories around a campfire. I walked off the nearby cliff and glided into the starry heavens. Then I arrived at the heart of creation. It took the form of a giant white lotus. Inside I was met up with Lord Melchizedek. He raised a glowing scepter and with it's blinding white light slashed open my mental body, revealing the emerging light body from within! Felt wonderful.

Permalink Reply by Prema Poojitan Ananda on I see the kumkum on your foreheadand reminds me of my wonderful trip to India. I was in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu for the month of July 2012. It was the first time I've been out of the United States and was very transformational. Upon the last day of the program I attended, Paramahamsa gave me a name that represents the cosmic energy as it flows through me. I am legally changing my name and my court hearing is Next month, Sept. 13th! I am very excited. My new name will be Sri Ananda Prema Poojitan. Just wanted to share.
