My Astral Projection Travel Experience

My Astral Projection Travel experience has never been at where I am in full control. It has been always been a spontaneous at the moment where it just happens. Meaning I am not trying to force it to happen it just happens. Though I often sleep with a Celestin crystal underneath my pillow and hold a smal amythest crystal in my right hand and in my left a rosenquartz. I learned that should I wake and find myself out of my body or having a lucid dream, I have control to go where I wish.My first Astral Projection experience was when I was 16, still living in Houston, Texas, where I was born. My etheric body kept sliding out of my physical body while asleep on my bed. My bed was in a corner where the wall was to the right of me and my head also with a wall behind. That means I would slide leftwards and the upper half of my etheric body was floating while the other half laid cross wise on my physical body. This happened 3 times and each time I would try to jump back into my body.The second time, I was 18 years and I took a nap on a mattress that was on a floor because I was traveling with some missionaires and babysitting for them one Summer. While napping, I woke up with my nose to the ceiling. I could see the dot pattern on the ceiling that one usually sees in a school because that is where we were based, in a classroom of a school. I sort of panicked and my etheric body slowly decended downward and when I entered my body, I felt the immersion and woke up. Entering back into my body felt similar to when you hit the breaks of a car and your body makes a sudden movement forward.Since my awakening, I have had an experience where I died and my etheric body was catapulted upward into the morning grey clouds. I thought I was being raptured or ascending to the angels but all of a sudden my body started to descend downward and I started panicking and thinking why am I going back. Hi All... I have, in my profile on this site, itemized my most memorable experiences and memories, but the "typical" early morning memories I have are video snippits of alternate lifetime experiences.  For instance, I gave up smoking many years ago - but in one particular "dream" I found myself lighting up a cigarette...as I was the controlling consciousness at that "time" I threw the cigarette on the ground, and chastized "myself" not to continue that habit !  Fortunately most of my "adventures" are of a positive nature, and I have so many "apparent selves" that I do not recall nearly all or even most of these self-made YouTube scenerios...    Heru Paule
