Leanka's Tribe?

I think....

I think I had a dream about them. But it's hard to tell.  A lot of it was also metaphorical. But if I did, it means I've been on a roll the last few nights with memories in my dreams.

The thing is I kept jumping between other people's bodies and my own in this dream. I was a young guy in this Chinese looking tribe to begin with. He/I looked maybe 15 or so. I wasn't actually him, but I was watching events happen from his perspective. The members of this small tribe all looked very similar. They had tanned skin and dark/ black hair. Then there was this young girl who joined our tribe who was actually supposed to be me. 

As the guy at one point I was teaching her how to shoot an arrow and she pulled off a shot successfully, only she injured something in her arm because her body wasn't used to that kind of strain on the muscles. I fastened her a makeshift sling out of some scrap leather. Only suddenly two members of our enemy clan galloped past on a horse and attempted to grab the girl. This was the second time they had attacked us and I realized both times they had been trying to grab her. The guy's eye's changed colour to, you guessed it, red. I told the girl to climb onto my back then ran at super human speeds. 

I caught up to two women of our tribe who were on a horse riding to our location. I told them what happened and told them to take the girl back to the tribe. Then I switched bodies to the young girl but years had somehow passed and I had grown up to my later teens. I was still having trouble with this tribe's strange customs though. They were very strict on tradition, and I was a bit of a rebel with "tradition". Whenever the women came home they had to stand in a line and face the men, bow and then both genders would sit down with their legs tucked under them and discuss any intel from that day.

That's also how they held their tribal meetings. Although they looked Chinese and seemed to have Chinese-ish names, they didn't wear very asian looking clothes. They wore blood red clothes. The men wore these long red robes or cloak sort of things, and the women wore the same material but in a more feminine style. I was thinking that if this was actually that tribe then Jeremy probably should have been there. If so, I'm going to bet he was the guy with the constant stupid goofy grin who I always had to face when we did that line/ bow thing. 

I think people referred to that guy as "Hei Bei" though. I'm not sure, but I know one of the guys was named Hei Bei. There was an advanced civilization building around us, but we refused to move from our native lands. As a result our tribe got smaller and smaller as the new civilization found bullshit ways to convict us as criminals because we could do magic and could fight so were therefore deemed dangerous.

We wanted to free our people from the jails but we also had to respect other culture's laws or rules as part of our own culture so it was like a catch 22 situation. However in the end we decided to have a meeting and we decided to go ahead with a plan which involved us hijacking a tram, somehow ripping out the breaking system, running it down a hill for it to gain more and more momentum and we'd jump out before it hit it's destination. So by the time it hit the city and started smashing into things It'd cause a well enough distraction because our tribe members in jails were not only kept under heavy guard, but were forced to perform for tourists also.

We eventually got one of our elders out who requested we bring her all these multi coloured lavender flowers first who was overjoyed to see us. Then we moved on to other jails where our members were kept. I think after that we were going to do something to the city as a retaliation and warning message then move location.
