a u m :) yes . . that is God :) . . the eternal truth  . . the ever present . . the eternally unchanging . . . . aum :)

PS : take any piece of music  . . and play "aum" separately along with the music . . u see it fits in perfectly . . plus om = sa = do ( in terms of musical scales ) . . the only vibration on which we build so many things . . but it is the pure form of vibration :)

The letter AUM ... has so many thing in it  ...

 

It is said that the Cosmic Energy ( Positive) dwells in us in our breaths...

 

If we carefully listen to the noise, vibrations created by this breathing it is nothing but the sound of AUM ...

 

While we breath in it sounds like SOOO....

And when we breath out it sounds like HUUUUM....

 

To concentrate on this breathing sounds or vibrations is SO-Hum Meditation ...

 

And if you repeatedly prounce it it is nothing but AUM ....

 

This vibrations created by pronouncing AUM is real very great ... try it early in the morning and let us share our experiences.....

hi everyone , love this group, great topic. The connections i have made in my spiritual travels are, the earths tone is Aum, at about 6 hertz ( it can varie from 1 to 10 hertz), below what we can hear, which is about 20 hertz and above. The perfect vibrational tone for healing is Aum and the earth s sound. If we find our inner stillness and attune to the earth we are receiving healing , how wonderful is that. We are mostly out of attunment to the Aum, we no longer have a deeper connection to the earth and her seasonal energies.
