Ok this is something that i've been wanting to do! and i've been close once or twice but still don't understand how i fully do it. i will look into this group more later but now i need to sleep so that i can wake up in the morning and study study studyyyyyy :D L&L

to Jerod, if feeling stuck, it helps me to daydream first about where in the universe I might like to experience, such as the moon, another planet, or some place in the vast heavens; the more you use imagination while in the waking state, the more it could happen that you become unstuck and soar out easily. but your beginning phases is perfect and same thing happened to me.

I have had astral projection and lucid dreams during my sleep most of my life, they are very real and I am aware of what is taking place, I can usually control what is taking place in them and enjoy myself and can make myself wake up by pinching myself in the dream.

I've been having OBEs my whole life but I was sure if they were real until a couple of years I confirmed they were. This is what happened, I had an obe and I decided to go where ever my consciousness decided it was right well I landed on a big city surrounded buy high buildings what call my attention was a plaza in the middle it had a floor black and white like a chess board there was somebody there who wanted me to follow him/her and I followed. The plaza had underground stairway well I couldn't reach the being so I went bact to my body then almost a year later I saw on the Internet the same plaza is located in Sweden, the name is Sergels Torg and is the same plaza and the surroundings that's when I totally believed that what was happening was real. Lately I was taken to the pleiadies and I heard a sond and my guide or someone told me that the song was mine..I am a pianist. Thank you for listening. Namaste!!!!

I've been able to astral travel since I was really young, now often times I do it for leisure or in times when I feel I am needed somewhere ~ which relates to a time when I helped a mother get medical attention. I didn't really realize I was astral travelling until I noticed that I wasn't actually daydreaming. For example, when I come back to my body and open my eyes everything is completely blue and it takes nearly 3 minutes for the blue to fade away. 

Lately I've also been able to travel using my physical body in reality but through time. I'm hoping to enhance my travelling skills to the point that I am able to send my physical body somewhere else by pure thought. There's been so many examples of me skipping through time although I don't have as much control over my time-travelling as my OBEs. Sometimes it's 2 minutes backwards and sometimes it's 2 hours forwards (that's my biggest time traveled). I can't say it alarms me, sometimes I try and use it to my advantage but I was just putting it out there to see if anyone else might know about that stuff.
