What is the GFL doing for us every day,,???!!!!!
When we focus on what is right in the world instead of what is wrong,,,,,,we see a whole different picture......and things start to make a lot more sense. It is called being positive or an attitude of gratitude. You will be a lot more happy, too, as it raises your vibrations. The easiest way to raise your vibes is by seeing what is right in the world and in your life. In fact, if you constantly focus on the negative you lower your vibes and you are descending....instead of ascending.
Let us have an example.....A lot of people are crying about the mass arrests......some are even saying that the Star people never help us and should go away....uhhhh..should I laugh or cry at that dumb statement,,????!!!!!!???
So, let us consider just a few things that I can think of that they are doing for us.........cleaning pollution, cleaning chemtrails,,,cleaning the nuclear waste from Japan so it did not destroy the world,......preventing WW3.....disabling nuclear weapons,,,,,moderating earthquakes, so they are milder,,,,building the Christ Consciousness grid around the earth,,,,,building another grid to deflect meteors, or we would have been toast by now,,,,activating the Crystal caves of earth,,,activating the pyramids,,, clearing out the archons.....destroying the underground bases.....channeling in the ascension energies, and helping to realign the magnetic poles gently...without major earth changes.
This is all I have time for now.....and there must be hundreds of things I do not know about.....please add to this list if you know anything more.

i don't know what they are doing physically for us and the planet, and this frustrates me sometimes but i do feel they are inspiring us to wake from a useless slumber and helping us to rise mentally and physically like never before slow but effectively

Audie.....you are right....I was thinking that I said this energy thing wrong as I was in bed last nite.
The energies are Cosmic......but as they come in they are too strong for us.....we cannot absorb them. So, they are regulated by some advanced beings. For example....Christ Consciousness energy......it comes from...let us say God......but, Jesus and several others release this into the world. Jesus is like a water tap, we could say.
What happens is that Jesus and the other Masters of Wisdom use thier body ... to step down the frequency to one that we can absorb. They send this to people on earth who further step this down by running it through thier body and releasing it into the world. This is called Energy Channeling............. It is the same principle as we use for electricity. I forget the word . Thousands of people on earth do this work.... they have been working with thr Galactics for many years.

I have the same thought when it comes to helping; to do more than only with meditasjon, but it strucked me like a ligthing bolt when i read that, that we do help out just with beeing in a state of love in everyting we say and do:)

We can use the vibrational medecine given to us by the Galactic Medical Team. There is a man, Bryan deFlores who channels this info into energy holograms.
