Yesterday while I was cooking dinner, I had the largest download of frequency energy vibration come through me in my entire spiritual walk!!! I remained calm and had to lie down. It was SO strong that my bed was shaking and family could feel it thru the floor. WOW. I'm fine now.

That sounds like me when I gave up drinking, lol. Seriously though, those downloads can be very powerful, I usually have to go to bed. The best thing is you know what it is and just go with the flow, I find the days seem short, they are quickening.

Yes, why wait? I'm getting out there whenever i can to walk with the people, talk with the people. Every moment is magic for those with the eyes to see, and it's ALWAYS glowing. The coincidence and synchronicity is SO noticeable now that it's fun to just ask people if they've noticed it, and it leads into some interesting conversations.

Now is the time to remind people they were/are never alone, and we're doing it together. Seeing the positive hearted people just BEAMING with joy while the smaller hearted make sense of this new expansion is interesting.

I REALLY feel the energy. Just a moment ago, I had a very tangible vision. I saw some sort of hieroglyphics or decoded message but I couldn't see it clearly enough. It was very interesting nonetheless.
