Mustawake....speaking of 5D check out Bryan de Flores....he draws these with 5 colored pens in one hand and the gold and silver in the left hand......he draws them in about 7min ...sometimes with his eyes closed,!

The medical holograms are channeled from AC medical team.........they are holograms because the energy pattern goes out about 5ft in every direction......
