I am not sure if I want to ascend if it gives one the urge to listen to polka music.....peppy beat though, reminded me of when I took square dance lessons and there were polkas too. Good way to sweat of excess pounds, but polkas are a little too peppy for me these days. Thanks for the sharing anyway, made me laugh and smile.....
