A few weeks ago I had to take my daughter to the Hospital Emergency room for an injured ankle. While sitting in the waiting room, I glanced around and thought about the fears and concerns of those present. I said to myself, maybe I can help. I closed my eyes, focused my thoughts on sending up from my heart a flood of healing love to all present, their love ones, family, friends, with the thought that they will accept the healing Love, and pass it on. Then I increased my bubble of healing Love to include the cities around here, then I said ,why not the whole world. I did this thing a few weeks later, and after a while I felt something inside me vibrate. I guess the energy circled around the world and ended with me. Great. This is something we all can do with very little effort. Can't hurt.

Permalink Reply by Nancy A on Intentional love energy can be sent anytime, to anyone, at any place, from anywhere. Why not do this many times during the day? Bless each person, intentionally, as they pass, with just a smile or a nod, even a thank you at times. Be aware throughout the day of those we take for granted, like or unlike ourselves, struggling to get by or joyful at getting by. It is a "state of being" that is being raised by love energy pouring into the portals of our earth and spreading out in all directions for us to breathe in, and then add to by sharing, which multiplies its effect, until the whole EARTH is FULLY AWAKENED!
