Why do we want to "Remove" Fear and Darkness? Does it diminish our light? Can Love be removed or taken away from us? It’s natural to go on different paths. Darkness will eventually be seen for what it is.

Even the darkest person will see and feel love again.
Some people want attention and the best way to get attention is "playing" with people’s fears.

The Question is, do you take it "personally"?

It’s as it should be, before the "paradigm shift into Love and Full awareness". Things will come up to the surface and it can be seen as darkness, but the matter of fact is that it’s just "darkness transforming into love." You are a "Transmuter," you are the one who FEELS and you have a choice to "EMBRACE" what you feel and transmute it into something very unique and powerful. Many souls already know this.

When we feel fear, it can be paralyzing and frightening but it’s not a coincidence. If we want to transform Mother Earth into a Jewel we have to look within and meet our unknown fears because nothing can be hidden in these times.

We must all stand together and welcome the Fear. There are Light workers that want to Be in the light all the time however, IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE that we can meet Fear with an open heart, and not judge it because we have much to learn from FEAR.

Experience is the only way without it we would not be here going through this. An experience, good and bad, can change your whole perspective of life. Love is beyond thoughts, belief and emotion. Love does not change it is and always will be. Our transformation of self is about healing parts of ourselves that we don´t Love so much and want to deny.

We can heal by a gentle and sincere talk with our heart. The heart always listens. When things feel bad, there is a reason why! It’s a part of you that wants to be seen or heard. It will try to get your attention even more if you deny it.

To be honest is a "hell" of a job sometimes, excuse me for using the word "hell", but hell can be heaven and you don´t even know it, because you don´t want to go there. In the abyss of your feelings there is a Light shining so strong that it will blind you.

We can read lots of books, trying to understand with our mind what an awakening is and how it should be. We also have to go through what we call bad, negative feelings to the fullest. Only by being in the midst of it we can change it. Not by resisting it, by being in it, get the taste of it and then from that awareness change it. When you have really experienced something this then will totally change the way you vibrate and emotionally respond.

Remember there is No Thing that can take the LOVE that we are, away from us. NO THING!

We are important pillars of Light Grounding everywhere, in the darkest abyss. Change comes from within.

Everything you indulge within your mind will get some kind of vibrational response within you. Good, bad or neither. What you can learn from peoples "projected" feelings is "How does this feel within me?"

We cannot remove Darkness, only embrace it, and it will be transformed. If you tried to
remove it without facing it, it would appear again, but in a different disguise.

Self responsibility is Key to whatever you feel because there is something to Reflect upon. Every unique reflection that is manifested within our heart will "evoke" a vibration that has a Great Gift of Love. In so much as Feelings of Negativity can Teach you a lot of things.

Negativity is a great "KEY" to evoke the LOVE within you.

When we feel or see darkness in the world or around us we should know that it’s because things are coming to the surface. It isn’t a threat to any of us. Fear is the ultimate controller and we cannot be controlled if we Love ourselves and know our worthiness. You are actually here to transform dense vibrations into lighter ones, so don’t fear the fear.

Never Reject negativity, understand that you get caught up in the drama because it has to play itself out. Self responsibility knows that "LOVE" is within ALL THINGS.

Some may think we can escape Duality, but it’s a part of Life the Ying/Yang, Warm/Cold, etc. But we can live in duality and understand the beauty of it. Duality isn’t always a bad thing.

Life is NOW and cannot be any other way. So instead of FIGHTING for the past or the future, SURRENDER INTO THE NOW and stop the battle against anything. There is a fine line between light and darkness, darkness isn’t a part of life just as a "coincidence," it’s there so you can know what Love is.

There are no Beliefs to follow, beliefs change all the time, you are the creator, you are the believer, which make things happen. We are one human race and we should celebrate that. Perhaps, if we follow something, we should stop and follow our heart instead.

As vibration increases you get a sense of Completeness and total Trust.

You feel that you want to share by just being who you are. The rays from your heart will guide souls in their own awakening. You can’t interfere with any beings life, but you can be there and support with your Love and Understanding.

When the vibration increases within your cells and body, there may come up feelings of overwhelming intensity, like anxiety and frustration. Your body is adapting to the higher levels of energy. Deep breaths will help to balance this. The stillness and trust will be more and more natural in your daily life. The love is so strong you want to tell everyone about it, but you have to learn and know that this feeling will come to each and everyone when they open their hearts. Until then, just be this energy.

Your intuition and sense of oneness with the higher dimensions will be stronger and stronger. You will feel as if Heaven on earth is already here and now by just being in that vibrational intent.

Vibrational intent is your Key to manifesting your daily life. We always want to know what will happen and when, I had to work with this issue and still do. Let go of the result and trust that every step will create the highest good for all. Simple words and simple beingness.

Also, remember that feelings are not always your own, As "Light Workers or Light Conduit" we help to transmute dense energies. So don’t take everything personal and as your own.

Fear cannot be Alive within the Presence of Light.

I want to share this with all of you, because when you feel strong emotions within, just focus on the Feeling and try to locate this feeling somewhere within your body, it could be in your Throat, Belly or Neck or somewhere else.

Dive into the Feeling, feel it stronger and stronger. You will notice that your presence & focus will transform this heavy feeling within and make it flow.

Anger, fear, etc. arises when our system isn’t in balance. It’s important to tune in to the
FLOW OF THE BREATH EVERY DAY!

EVERYTHING IS ETERNAL
BREATH THE LOVE IN

BREATH OUT THE DOUBT
LET THE UNIVERSE INTO YOUR HEART AND RECEIVE LIFE.

Perfectly said Ben...

It has been my experience that when one attempts to push away the Fear and darkness by pointing the finger at others...it is their own darkness which they are afraid of and are suppressing; ( Which needs to be embraced and worked through, not swept under the carpet.) Many people mistake 'awakening' [sic] for the 'removal' of the darkness.... when in fact it is moving beyond the duality and embracing the WHOLE as One.

I think , if I may explain my opinion on this subject, if we fight again the darkness it just will grow, remember this great example out the film the fifth element, when the president give order to the general to fire on the dark force, what happen after the impact it get double in size. Thats what the dark side want, they more you fight against, they more you try to destroy it, you become a slave of the darkness because you use the same weapon as it do. If contrary you love it, and spread it with your love, it will get the effect of snow under the sun, because the darkness don't know what love is and cant win from the light, the light make it disappear. I remember , I have been in a dark side in this past life and once I saw the light, the darkness just disappear from my life, and even now if the dark would try to convince me to get back in it, even that I will never want to be in the dark again, because when you have found the light is no way back, even if you could , you wouldn't, may the love , the light and the power of Atlantis be on your path for ever as it is by me, RobertO

And, we share in this recent personal experience, do we not, Katt? It's a great feeling, isn't it to be able to return Light and Love rather than a scorching attack. And, I might add, this does not make us superior to those.....it's just a very positive growth experience.

I see Darkness as you stated in the Yin and Yang, it is the Life force, the part of our cell that we do not see, so for so long have denied the empowerment of it. It appears to be a womb. The Goddess. The mistake behind our vision of it, is that we have been stuck with dogmatic beliefs on what it is, any Judgments of it, are actually manifested. We have been told to judge not. Because it is an act of creation. Just like a battery, no part of it is evil, it is just a balance that is needed to work. I find the Pleiades's Inspired Cosmic Clock explains it perfectly.

So since the word, is the Light, and the Male aspect of creation that goes to rest in the womb, I choose to say there is no evil. Only creative or destructive thoughts.

So many positive, Light thoughts and attitudes here. Everyone has made some very good points.

The one that "jumps out" at me, Ben, is what you said about there being nothing new under the Sun, and isn't this the Truth?

Quite frankly, I don't "feel" darkness on this site, generally speaking. Yes, it is true that occasionally someone comes along to "stir the pot", but, I see this as a very positive experience, because it helps us, individually to see where our thoughts and feelings are.

I know that I am not responsible for anyone's thoughts, feelings and deeds, but, my own, and I feel that the best way I can show the way is to be a living example, let my Light shine as much as I possibly can at any given time. Criticizing and condemning another is certainly not the way to show them the way to the Light.

This is one of the reasons I am so captivated by the Abraham-Hicks teachings. They take such a Light-hearted approach to Live and Living it. If we are looking for the Light we will find it. If we are looking for the dark, we will also find that. So, where is our personal focus? This is what we will attract.

Ann, I so agree with you about the ignorance. I went through a period of extreme anger during my initial awakening regarding ignorance. However, I'm now finding it possible to say "Father, forgive them , for they know not what they do." I agree that there is a lot being done in ignorance and I have compassion for those Souls, for they don't know about karma and the consequences for their thoughts and actions.

However, I do think that some things are being done deliberately, as, in the BP oil spill, and I feel that is based totally in greed. But, then again, are these people not ignorant of the karmic debt they are creating? It appears to me that so many in today's world equate power with money and that's false power. The True power, as we know is in Love. True Love cares and shares.....no greed involved. True Love is giving rather than accumulative.

Shelly, I so Love your comfort with being exactly who you are in this eternal moment. I'm feeling the same way, myself. All we know is all we do in any given moment, and that's all I expect of this girl anymore. Do the best you know to do and do it the very best you can.

Although I'm always seeking higher and more Truths, all I have in this instant is all I have, and I'm becoming far less critical of myself and others. I've had a lot of resistance to deal with, and am happy to say that I letting go of the shore and just going with the flow.

I Love what you said about "bopping them on the head". But, we don't need someone else to "bop us on the head". We do that ourselves.....it's called karma. lol I know you know what I mean. lol I know I've had my "bops on the head"......like.......wake up, wake up, wake up.

I've actually had both Creator and Sananda "scold" me. "Why do you ask what to do and then not do it?" Something to ponder, huh?

Well said Ben! Just what many need to hear, understand, and accept. You cannot have light without dark. They complete and compliment each other. Both are needed to experience duality. Thanks for the post Ben.
